유아교사의 2019 개정 누리과정 실행에 미치는 요인 탐색 : 놀이지원 역량, 긍정적 놀이신념, 구성주의적 학습환경운영의 상대적 영향력을 중심으로

국문 초록

현재 우리나라 유아교육현장에 적용되는 국가수준 교육과정은 2019 개정 누리과정이다. 국가수준 교육과정이 현장에서 잘 구현되기 위해서는 현장 교사들의 개정 누리과정 실행력이 높아야 하므로 개정 누리과정 실행 정도에 영향을 미치는 변인을 살펴보는 것은 의미 있는 작업이 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2019 개정 누리과정 실행에 대한 유아교사의 놀이지원 역량, 긍정적 놀이신념, 구성주의적 학습환경운영의 상대적 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산지역 소재 유아교육기관(유치원 및 어린이집)에 재직 중인 만 3-5세 담임 교사 286명이었으며, 이들에게 2019 개정 누리과정 실행 정도, 놀이지원 역량, 긍정적 놀이신념, 구성주의적 학습환경운영 정도를 평정하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 이용해 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 놀이지원 역량, 긍정적 놀이신념, 구성주의적 학습환경운영, 2019 개정 누리과정 실행 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 놀이지원 역량, 긍정적 놀이신념, 구성주의적 학습환경운영 중 2019 개정 누리과정 실행에 가장 영향을 미치는 변인은 유아교사의 구성주의적 학습환경운영이며 다음으로 놀이지원 역량, 그리고 긍정적 놀이신념 순으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 유아교사의 놀이지원 역량, 긍정적 놀이신념, 구성주의적 학습환경운영 변인이 유아교육현장에서 2019 개정 누리과정 실행 정도를 예측할 수 있는 의미있는 변인임을 증명하며, 유아교사의 개정 누리과정 실행력을 높이기 위해서는 우선적으로 구성주의적 학습환경을 만들고자 노력하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The national level curriculum currently applied to early childhood education in Korea is the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum. In order for the national level curriculum to be well implemented in the field, field teachers' ability to implement the revised Nuri curriculum must be high, so it would be meaningful to examine the variables that affect the degree of implementation of the revised Nuri curriculum. Accordingly, this study sought to examine the relative influence of early childhood teachers' play support capabilities, positive play beliefs, and constructivist learning environment operation on the implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. The subjects of the study were 286 homeroom teachers aged 3-5 who were working at early childhood education institutions (kindergartens and daycare centers) in the Busan, and they were asked about the degree of implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum, play support capabilities, positive play beliefs, and the degree of constructivist learning environment operation. was to be stabilized. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between early childhood teachers' play support capabilities, positive play beliefs, constructivist learning environment operation, and implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Second, among the early childhood teachers' play support capabilities, positive play beliefs, and constructivist learning environment operation, the variable that most influences the implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum is the early childhood teachers' constructivist learning environment operation, followed by play support capabilities, and positive play beliefs. Confirmed in order. The results of this study prove that early childhood teachers' play support capabilities, positive play beliefs, and constructivist learning environment operation variables are meaningful variables that can predict the degree of implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum in early childhood education sites, and that early childhood teachers' ability to implement the revised Nuri curriculum This suggests that it is necessary to first strive to create a constructivist learning environment in order to increase.
