국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 TBL 현장중심 유아동작 교과의 효과성을 유아동작교육 인식 및 수준, 동작교수효능감, 협력적 자기효능감을 중심으로 알아보고자 함에 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 충청도 소재지 A대학교 유아교육과 재학생 중 TBL을 활용한 현장중심 유아동작교육을 수강한 45명을 대상으로 연구변인의 사전 평균점수와 사후 평균점수 간의 통계적인 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구변인별 짝지어진 표본의 데이터를 비교·분석하는 대응표본 T-검정을 95% 신뢰구간에서 확인하였다. 결과 주요결과를 보면, 첫째, 동작교육 인식, 동작교수효능감, 협력적 자기효능감 측정변인별 기술통계치는 중위값 이상으로 높게 나타난 반면, 동작교육 수준의 사후점수는 3점대 이지만, 사전점수는 1점대로 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 정규성은 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. TBL 현장중심 유아동작교육 수업 전과 후의 연구변인들의 평균점수 차이는 최소 .16점부터 2.15점까지 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 유아동작교육의 중요성, 필요성, 계획 실행성 사전·사후 점수 차이검증 결과 사후 평균점수가 사전 평균점수 보다 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, TBL 현장중심 유아동작 교과가 유아동작교육인식 및 수준, 동작교수효능감, 협력적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 TBL 현장중심 혁신교수법 적용 유아동작 교과의 효과성이 검증된 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 결론 본 연구결과는 예비유아교사가 유아교육현장에 동작교육을 적용함에 있어서 자신감을 함양하는데 도움이 되었고, 유아동작교육에 대한 전문성을 향상시키는데 효과적이었음을 확인 한 결과이다. 이를 통해 TBL 현장중심 혁신교수법을 유아교육 교과에 적용하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the TBL field-based early childhood movement subject, focusing on the perception and level of early childhood movement education, movement teaching efficacy, and cooperative self-efficacy. Methods For this, SPSS 25.0 was used to verify the statistical significance between the pre-average score of the research variables and the post-average score of 45 students who took the TBL field-based early childhood movement education among early childhood education students of A University in Chungcheong-do. The corresponding sample T-test, which compares and analyzes the data of paired samples of study variables, was confirmed in the 95% confidence interval. Results These are the main findings. First, it showed that the descriptive statistics for each variable of the perception of movement education, movement teaching efficacy, cooperative self-efficacy were higher than the median, whereas the post-score of the level of movement education was in the 3 point range and the pre-score was relative low in the 1 point range. Normality has been shown to be satisfactory. The difference in the average score of the research variables between pre- and post- TBL field-based early childhood movement education classes was found to have improved from at least .16 to 2.15 points. In addition, as a result of verifying the difference between pre- and post scores in the importance, necessity, and practicability of early childhood movement education, the post-average score was higher than the pre-average score, and had statistically significant differences. Second, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the effect of the TBL field-based early childhood movement subjects on the perception and the level of early childhood movement education, movement teaching efficacy, and cooperative self-efficacy. This can be interpreted as the effectiveness of the early childhood movement subjects applied with the TBL field-based innovation teaching method has been verified. Conclusions The results of this study were helpful in improving early childhood teachers’ confidence in applying movement education to the early childhood education field. These are the results of confirming the effectiveness of improving their expertise in early childhood movement education. Through this, we suggested the ways to apply the TBL field-based innovation teaching method to the early childhood education subjects.
