COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생의 취업스트레스

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 간호대학생 4학년을 대상으로 2021년 11월부터 2022년 1월까지 총 206명으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression로 분석하였다. 결과 취업스트레스는 학업성취(F=3.58, p=.030)와 어학능력(F=5.42, p=.005)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 취업스트레스는 외모스트레스, 진로장벽과는 양의 상관관계, 취업효능감과는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로장벽(β=.67, p<.001)으로 진로장벽이 높을수록 취업스트레스를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 COVID-19와 같은 팬데믹은 미래 사회에 언제든지 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 취업을 준비해야 하는 간호대학생의 취업스트레스를 진단하고 관리할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is to identify the factors that affect the employment stress of nursing students in the COVID-19 situation. Methods Data were collected from a total of 206 from November 2021 to January 2022, targeting 4th-year nursing students. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 program, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Results There was a significant difference in job-seeking stress in school achievement (F=3.58, p=.030) and foreign language competency (F=5.42, p=.005). Job-seeking stress showed a positive correlation with appearance stress and career barriers, and a negative correlation with job-seeking efficacy. The factors affecting job-seeking stress were career barriers (β=.67, p<.001). The higher the career barriers, the higher the Job-seeking stress. Conclusions In the future, a pandemic such as COVID-19 can occur at any time in the future society. In this situation, various programs that can diagnose and manage job-seeking stress of nursing students who need to prepare for job-seeking should be developed.
