국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 분리 개별화가 대학생활의 적응에 미치는 영향을 전문적 도움추구태도가 매개하고 이 과정을 정서인식명확성이 조절하는지를 조절된 매개효과를 통해 검증하였다. 방법 이를 위해, 전국의 대학생을 대상으로 분리 개별화, 전문적 도움추구태도, 정서인식명확성, 대학생활적응을 측정하는 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였고, 응답자료 최종 300개를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 Macro PROCESS를 사용하여 매개효과, 조절효과 그리고 조절된 매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 분리개별화가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 전문적 도움추구태도의 부분 매개효과를 확인하였다. 둘째, 전문적 도움추구태도와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 정서인식명확성의 하위요인 중 정서주의의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 셋째, 분리 개별화가 전문적 도움추구태도를 매개하여 대학생활적응으로 이어지는 경로에서 정서인식명확성의 하위요인인 정서주의의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 결론 이러한 연구결과는 대학생의 대학생활적응을 높이는 요인으로 분리 개별화, 전문적 도움추구태도, 그리고 정서인식명확성의 중요성을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 시사점, 의의, 그리고 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of attitude toward seeking professional psychological help between separation-individuation and the adaptation to university life, as well as examine the moderated mediating effect of emotional clarity through attitude toward seeking professional psychological help on the relationship between separation-individuation and the adaptation to university life. Methods For this purpose, university students responded to the self-report survey including Korean late Adolescent Individuation Questionnaire, Attitude Toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help Scale-Shorten Version, Trait Meta-Mood Scale and Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire via online and the final 300 valid data were analyzed. Both a casual steps approach and bootstrapping were used to verify the mediating and moderating effects and SPSS Macro Process(Hayes, 2013) was used to verify the moderated mediating effect. Results The results were as follows. First, the mediating effect of attitude toward seeking professional psychological help on the relationship between separation-individuation and the adaptation to university life was demonstrated. Second, emotional clarity had partial moderating effect on the relationship between attitude toward seeking professional psychological help and the adaptation to university life. Third, emotional clarity’s moderated mediating effect on attitude toward seeking professional help on the relationship between separation-individuation and the adaptation to university life was verified. Conclusions The results suggest the importance of separation-individuation, attitude toward seeking professional psychological help and emotional clarity to improve adaptation to university life. At the conclusion, the implications and limitations were discussed with suggestions for future studies based on these findings.
