국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 초등학교 교사의 국립대학 부설초등학교 근무 경험의 의미를 도출하고 이해하기 위하여 연구를 실시하였다. 부설초등학교에서 근무하는 교사의 경험을 통해 부설초등학교의 특성, 교직문화, 연구활동의 모습, 교육실습 및 각종 행사의 추진 등에 대한 의미를 탐색할 수 있을 것이라 기대하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 A교육대학교 부설초등학교에서 3년의 근무를 마친 연구자가 자전적 내러티브 연구방법을 적용하여 이야기하기 과정을 통해 현장텍스트를 수집하였고, 이를 내러티브 탐구의 시간성의 축을 적용하여 중간텍스트로 구성하였다. 이후 교육학적 이론과 지식, 선행연구물을 토대로 연구텍스트를 구성하여 그 경험의 의미를 도출하고 분석하고자 하였다. 결과 자전적 내러티브 탐구의 이야기하기(telling) 과정에서는 내러티브 탐구의 3차원의 축을 중심으로 7개의 삶의 시간에 따른 주제로 내용을 기술하였으며, 다시 이야기하기(retelling)에서는 3개의 주제(직무스트레스를 견디며 / 바쁘다는 것을 넘어 신체적 심리적 소진으로 / 아픔 속 성찰, 그리고 학교문화의 혁신은 새로운 성장과 발전으로)로 묶어 경험의 의미를 도출하였다. 결론 이와 같은 연구결과는 자전적 내러티브 탐구의 정당성인 개인적, 실제적, 사회적 차원에서 연구의 정당성을 밝히며 연구의 결론에 도달하고자 하였으며, 세 가지 연구제언을 제시하며 연구를 끝마쳤다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of an elementary school teacher s experience in an affiliated elementary school of national education university from a psycho-emotional point of view. Through the experience of a teacher working at an affiliated elementary school, It was expected that it would be possible to explore the meaning of the characteristics of annexed elementary schools, teaching culture, research activities, educational practice and promotion of various events. Methods The As a researcher and a narrative speaker, A researcher who has worked for three years at an affiliated elementary school applied an autobiographical narrative research method to collect field texts through a storytelling process, It is composed of intermediate text by applying the axis of temporality of narrative inquiry. Then, based on pedagogical theories, knowledge, and previous research, a research text was constructed to derive and analyze the meaning of the experience. Results In the telling process of narrative inquiry, The contents are described in 7 themes according to the time of life, centering on the three-dimensional axis of narrative inquiry. In retelling, the meaning of experience was derived by grouping it into three themes (to endure job stress / beyond being busy, to physical and psychological exhaustion / reflection in pain, and innovation in school culture to new growth and development). Conclusions These research results tried to reach the conclusion of the study by deriving the validity of the research in the personal, practical, and social dimensions, which are the justifications of the narrative inquiry, and ended the study by suggesting three research suggestions.
