교사-학생간 의사소통 국내 연구동향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 최근 10년간 교사-학생간 의사소통 연구의 국내 동향을 분석하여 향후 관련 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 2010년부터 2020년까지의 국내 학술지 46편을 선정하여 연구시기, 연구대상, 연구유형, 자료수집방법, 연구내용, 관련변인의 동향을 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 교사-학생간 의사소통 연구는 증가하고 있는 추세이며 2019년도에 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 연구대상별 동향은 단일대상의 경우에는 ‘학생’을 대상으로 하는 연구가 조금 많았고, 혼합대상일 경우 ‘교사-대학생’을 대상으로 하는 연구가 많았다. 셋째, 연구유형별 동향은 양적연구의 비중이 높았다. 넷째, 자료수집 방법별 동향은 질문지법이 가장 많이 활용되었다. 다섯째, 연구내용별 동향은 의사소통에 따른 효과성 연구가 높았다. 여섯째, 관련변인별 동향은 독립변인으로는 의사소통이 종속변인으로는 수업태도가 가장 많이 활용되었다. 결론 본 연구는 최근 10년간 국내 교사-학생간 의사소통 주제로 진행된 연구의 동향을 살펴보고 향후 의사소통 연구의 방향을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to provide basic data for future related research by analyzing the domestic treend of research of the last 10yesrs on communication between teachers and students. Methods 46 journals from 2010 to 2020 were selected to analyze the research perid, research subject, research type, data collection method, research content, and trends of related variables. Results First, research on teacher-student communication is on the rise, and the most research was conducted in 2019. Second, as for the trend of each research subject, in the case of a single subject, studies targeting ‘students’ were slightly higher, and in the case of mixed subjects, there were many studies targeting ‘teacher-college students’. Third, the proportion of quantitative research was high in the trend by data collection method. Fourth, the questionnaire method was most used as the trend by data collection method. Fifth, as for the trend by research content, the effect of communication was high. sixth, as for the trend by related variable, communication was the most used as the independent variable, and the class attitude was the most used as the dependent variable. Conclusions This study is significant in that it examines the trends of research of the last 10yesrs conducted on the topic of communication between teachers and students in Korea and provides directions for future communication studies.
