국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 중년여성의 연극단 활동에 나타난 일상의 학습경험을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 D도시 연극단 활동에 참여하는 중년여성 4명을 대상으로 2020년 2월부터 11월까지 자료를 수집하였고, Glaser와 Strauss의 반복적 비교분석법을 활용하여 질적 사례연구를 수행하였다. 결과 연구에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 상이한 삶의 맥락을 지니고 연극으로 입문하였다. 둘째, 일상에서 다양한 관찰을 통한 벤치마킹 학습경험을 하고 있었다. 셋째, 반복연습을 통해 자신만의 학습스타일을 만들어가고 있었다. 넷째, 연습과정에서 인물을 이미지화고 색깔 있는 캐릭터를 창출하는 경험이 나타났다. 다섯째, 단원들과 합을 맞춰가는 공동 활동의 경험을 하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 연극과 공생하며 성장하는 삶의 경험이 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 중년여성들이 일상에서 다양한 공동 활동을 통해 성장할 수 있는 현실적인 방안과 지역사회 공동체 문화형성을 위한 실천적인 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives Learner-centered education, even though being recognized as the most adequate educational environment, has been rather vaguely and diversely understood and interpreted among the practitioners in the educational fields. Methods The purpose of this study is to explore the everyday learning experiences of middle-aged women in theater activities. In order to achieve the research purpose, data were collected from four middle-aged women who participated in D-city’s theater activities from February, 2020 to November, 2020. Also, qualitative case study was conducted using the constant comparative method of Glaser and Strauss. Results The results of this study are as follows: First, the participants entered the theater activity with their own different life contexts. Second, they have benchmarked learning experiences through various observations in their daily lives. Third, they created their own learning styles through repeated practice. Fourth, the experience of creating an image of a person and a colored character appeared during the practice process. Fifth, it turned out they have experienced co-active activities which made them align with the members. Lastly, there was an experience of living and growing in symbiosis with the play. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it suggests practical plans for middle-aged women to grow through various co-active activities in their daily lives and practical directions for forming a community culture.
