교사의 수업 전문성 신장을 위한 연수 모형 개발 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 교사의 수업전문성 신장을 위하여, 연수 기관과 학교 조직을 연결한 현장적용형 연수 모형을 구안하는 데 있었다. 방법 이를 위해 설계기반연구(Design-Based Research) 방법을 적용하였다. 이론 연구와 현장 적용을 반복하며, 형성평가를 2회 실시함으로써 일반화 범위를 확대하였다. 먼저 연수 현장과 이론 탐구를 통해 기존 연수 문제를 분석하여 1차 연수 모형을 도출하였고, 이것을 교사 연수에 적용하면서 전문가 검토, 교사 인터뷰를 통해 형성평가를 실시하였다. 형성평가를 통해 도출된 문제점 및 개선점을 바탕으로 2차 연수 모형이 개발되었고, 반복적인 형성평가를 거쳐 최종 현장적용형 수업 전문성 연수 모형이 개발되었다. 결과 본 연구를 통해 개발된 연수 모형은 집합연수(기본연수)-현장적용 연수-집합연수(피드백)로 구성된, 연수 기관과 학교 조직을 연계한 연수 체계이며, 교사 학습공동체 활동과 동료 교사와의 협동적 상호작용 상황 속에서 전문적 조력을 받아 수업 전문성이 신장될 수 있다. 결론 이 연수 모형은 교육청과 연수원 등 기관 연수에서 적용할 수 있는 새로운 연수 모형이 될 것이며, 교사의 수업 전문성을 신장하는 데 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to devise a field applicable training model linking training institutions and school organization to improve teaching expertise. Methods To this end, a Design-Based Research method was applied. The range of generalization was expanded by conducting a formative evaluation twice through theoretical research and field application. First, the training model was derived by analyzing the existing training problems through the field of training and theoretical inquiry. This was applied to the teacher training and the formative evaluation was conducted through expert review and teacher interview. A second training model was developed based on the problems and improvements derived through the formative evaluation. The final field-applied training model for teachers expertise was developed through repeated formative evaluation. Results The training model developed through this study is a training system that links training institutions and school organizations consisting of collective training (basic training), field-applied training, and collective training (feedback). Through activities within teachers learning communities and cooperative interactions with fellow teachers, teaching expertise can be enhanced with professional assistance. Conclusions The new training model will be applied to training institutions, such as the Office of Education and Training Institute, and will contribute to the enhancing the teaching expertise of teachers.
