국문 초록

본 연구는 ‘원장 직무스트레스’에 관한 국내 연구동향을 분석하여 향후 원장 직무스트레스 연구에 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1995년부터 2019년까지 국내 학술지와 학위논문으로 발표된 총 96편을 분석대상으로 선정하여 연구 시기별, 대상별, 방법별, 내용별 경향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, ‘원장 직무스트레스’ 연구는 2006년을 시점으로 지속적인 연구가 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째, 연구대상은 유치원에 비해 어린이집 원장의 비중이 매우 높았고 이 중 민간, 가정 및 국공립 원장 대상 연구 비율이 높았다. 셋째, 연구방법에서는 질적연구가 양적연구에 비해 약간 비중이 높았다. 질적연구는 개인 및 집단을 대상으로 한 심층면접이, 양적연구는 설문지를 활용한 조사연구가 주로 이루어졌다. 넷째, 연구 내용에 있어서는 직무수행평가, 근무환경, 전문성의 직무관련 변인의 연구가 과반을 넘어 가장 높은 비율을 나타내었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 연구 방향을 제시하면, ‘원장 직무스트레스’에 대한 연구는 개인의 외적 행동 및 생각 외에도 심리적, 생리적 반응 등 심층적이고 내적인 다양한 측면의 탐색이 필요하며, 어린이집과 유치원의 업무 효율성 극대화를 위해 ‘조직분위기’에 관한 적극적인 조망도 필요하겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic research trends on director s job stress comprehensively and systematically. For this purpose, a total of 96 papers published in domestic journals and dissertations from 1995 to 2019 were selected as the subjects for analysis, and the trends by research period, subject, method, and content were analyzed. First, the study on the ‘director’s job stress’ was conducted continuously from 2006. Second, the proportion of the head of the day care center was higher than that of the kindergarten, and the proportion of the research subjects for the private, home, and national and public directors was high. Third, in the research method, qualitative research was slightly higher than quantitative research, qualitative research was conducted mainly in depth interview for individuals and groups, and quantitative research was conducted mainly using questionnaires. Fourth, in the contents of the study, the study of job-related variables of job performance evaluation, working environment, and professionalism showed the highest rate beyond the majority. Based on the results of this study, the study on director s job stress needs to be actively looked at in-depth and internal aspects such as psychological and physiological reactions as well as external behaviors and thoughts of individuals. Also , organizational atmosphere needs to be actively researched to maximize the efficiency of work of day care centers and kindergartens.
