국문 초록

본 연구는 노인무용 지도자의 역할과 자질을 탐색하여 전문적인 노인무용 지도자양성에 필요한 이론적 토대를 제안하고 고령화시대에 맞는 전문 일자리 창출에 기여하고자 한다. 연구방법은 문헌연구를 중심으로 노인무용과 지도자양성에 관한 선행연구, 그리고 노인무용지도자 양성 프로그램 사례를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 노인무용지도자 양성을 위해서는 프로그램을 실행할 수 있는 기관과 체계적 프로그램 개발이 필요한 것으로 드러났다. 프로그램 내용구성에는 먼저, 교육 대상에 대한 이해가 중요하다. 둘째, 다양한 실기 수업이 포함되어야 한다. 셋째, 노인을 대상으로 할 수 있는 다양한 움직임 표현활동 계획이 포함되어야 한다. 넷째, 수업을 계획, 운영, 평가할 수 있어야하고 돌발 상황에 대응할 수 있는 안전교육이 이루어져야 한다. 다섯째, 노인을 공경하고 공감할 줄 아는 인격적 자질 함양을 위한 교육이 필요하다. 아직까지 노인무용 지도자를 양성하는 전문적 프로그램이 확립되어 있지는 않지만 점차 고령화 인구가 더 늘어나면서 노인을 대상으로 하는 교육의 수요가 많아질 것이고 이와 관련된 직업도 늘어날 전망이다. 이에 따라 무용의 장점을 살린 노인무용을 확대시켜 보다 건강하고 활기찬 노년기를 위해 많은 무용전문인이 기여할 수 있기를 바라는 바이다.

영문 초록

In order to encourage dance activities for the growing number of senior, this study sought to explore the domestic direction of fostering senior dance teacher s training. Therefore, this study recognizes the need to foster senior dance teachers and seeks to explore the role and qualities of senior dance teachers to propose the theoretical foundation necessary for fostering professional senior dance teachers and further contribute to creating professional jobs suitable for the aging era. As a result of looking at the cases of the Senior Dance Teacher s Training Program, organizing the measures to foster senior dance teachers was able to largely sum up to the absence of institutions and the need to develop systematic programs. The content of the program is fallowing. First of all, the understanding of the subject is especially important for senior. Second, various dance practical classes should be included in the training course. Third, plans for various expressive activities that can be targeted at the elderly should be included. Fourth, classes should be able to plan, operate and evaluate and respond to unexpected situations. Fifth, education is needed to cultivate personal qualities that respect and sympathize with the elderly. Although no professional program has been established to train senior dance teachers yet, the growing aging population will increase the demand for education for senior citizens, and related jobs will increase. As a result, many dance professionals will be able to contribute to healthier and more vibrant old age by expanding the elderly dance, which has taken advantage of the merits of dance.
