예비유아교사의 생태소양 함양 프로그램 개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사를 대상으로 A. Naess의 근본생태주의를 기반으로 한 생태소양 함양 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구의 프로그램 개발과정을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램 시안 초안을 위해 관련 문헌 및 선행연구 분석, 21명의 예비유아교사 대상으로 사전요구조사를 위한 면담 및 심층면담 실시, 1차 포커스 그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 둘째, 프로그램 최종 시안 개발을 위해 프로그램 시안 초안에 대한 2차 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 실시, 예비적용을 실시하였다. 셋째, 개발된 프로그램 시안은 K대학교 유아교육과 3학년 11명을 대상으로 2018년 9월 6일부터 2018년 12월 7일까지 총 15회기로 적용되었다. 자료는 녹화 전사 내용, 연구자 일지, 연구참여자의 반성적 저널, 사진 자료이다. 세부적으로 살펴보면, ‘생태적 자아와 기존의 자아를 넘나들며 치열하게 싸우기(2~3회기)’, ‘생태적 자아의 삶으로 서서히 스며들기(4~5회기)’, ‘생태적 자아로서 진짜 나의 역할 확대하기(9~10회기)’, ‘생태적 교사관을 통해 분별과 재해석이 가능한 유아교사로 나아가기(11~14회기)’로 나뉘었다. 개발된 프로그램은 예비유아교사의 생태소양을 키우고, 나아가 유아들의 생태적 소양을 위한 교육적 경험을 제공하는데 도움이 될 것이라 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop an ecological literacy program based on the “deep ecology” concept of Arne Naess for preliminary early childhood teachers. The program development process of this study is summarized below. First, in this study, the related literature and previous researches were analyzed to develop an ecological literacy cultivation program for preliminary early childhood teachers, and based on the analysis results, the core values for the program organization were derived. And in-depth interviews and focus group interviews preliminary application were in progress. Third, the developed program draft was applied to 11 students in the 3rd grade of Early Childhood Education at K university from September 6, 2018 to December 7, 2018, totaling 15 two-hour sessions, consisting of 2 hours per session, and the researcher was in charge of running this program. The category consisted of the following: “fierce-conflict stage between the ecological and existing selves” (sessions 2-3), “gradually permeating into life as an ecological self” (sessions 4-5), “expanding one’s real roles as an ecological self” (sessions 9-10), and “becoming a qualified early childhood teacher with a proper ecological perspective” (sessions 11-14). The developed program suggests a sample in which preliminary early childhood teachers can actively take part in their training course, and provides a framework for flexible operation according to the various situations in which preliminary early childhood teachers may find themselves, and such teachers’ needs.
