예비유아교사의 그릿증진 프로그램 개발 및 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사를 대상으로 그릿증진 프로그램을 개발한 뒤, 예비유아교사에게 적용하여 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ADDIE모형(분석-설계-개발-실행-평가)의 프로그램 개발절차에 따라 학습자분석, 요구분석, 과제분석을 실시한 뒤, 예비유아교사 그릿증진 프로그램의 목적과 목표, 내용, 교수과정 및 방법, 평가에 대해 개발한 뒤 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통한 적절성 검토를 실시하였다. 개발된 그릿증진 프로그램은 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 22명을 대상으로 12주, 15회기 동안 실행되었으며, 통제집단의 예비유아교사 22명에게는 정규적인 예비유아교사 교육과정을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 측정도구는 그릿척도, 회복탄력성척도, 교수효능감척도, 교직열정척도, 실습불안척도이다. 연구결과에 따르면, 예비유아교사의 그릿증진 프로그램은 모든 종속측정치에서 실험집단과 통제집단 간 유의미한 사후검사 평균 차이가 나타났으며, 3주 후에 실시된 추후검사까지 지속되었다. 이를 통해 예비유아교사의 그릿증진 프로그램은 그릿, 회복탄력성, 교수효능감, 교직열정을 높이고 실습불안을 낮추는 효과가 있었으며, 프로그램이 종료된 이후에도 지속성을 갖는 것을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to develop and apply a program to improve pre-service early childhood teachers’ grit. For those purposes, this study employed ADDIE model that was developed in according to analysis-design-development implement-evaluation steps. The grit enhancement program was designed on the basis of analysis of leaner’s characteristics, needs and task analysis. After designed program model, the 6 members of focus group was consulted for verifying content validity, program’s goals, contents, teaching methods and activities. The subjects of this study were 44 pre-serviced early childhood teachers who were 44 teachers in an experimental group and 20 in a control group. The experimental group participated in this program for once a week and two hour at a time. The scales for this study were grit scale, resilience scale, teacher efficacy scale, teaching passion scale and practice anxiety scale. As a result of this study, there were significant differences in all dependent measures for the post test between the experimental group and the control group and these differences between groups lasted to the retention test which was conducted 3 weeks later after the program application. It confirms that the grit enhancement program for pre-serviced early childhood teachers, which was developed in this study, is an effective way to enhance pre-serviced early childhood teachers’ grit, resilience, teacher efficacy and teaching passion and to reduce to their practice anxiety. In addition, the effects of the program maintained steadily even after completing the program.
