국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 공감모듈 군집유형에 따른 행복감과 열정의 차이를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 4년제 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 242명을 대상으로 3주 동안 설문조사를 실시하였으며, Hair와 Black(2000)이 제시한 절차에 따라 군집분석, 일원배치분산분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 공감모듈 군집유형은 정서중심 공감집단, 균형적 공감 상집단, 균형적 공감 하집단, 비인지적 공감 하집단, 인지중심 공감집단의 5가지 집단으로 구분되었다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 공감모듈 군집유형에 따른 행복감의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 일원변량분석을 실시한 결과, 군집 유형간 행복감에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 공감 모듈 군집유형에 따른 교직열정의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 일원변량분석을 실시한 결과, 군집유형간 교직열정에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to reveal the difference between happiness and enthusiasm according to the type of sympathy module group of pre-service infant teachers. The results of the 242 preliminary early childhood teachers were selected through hierarchical cluster analysis and K-means cluster analysis presented by Hair and Black (2000), and then the distribution analysis was conducted. First, the types of sympathy modules of pre-service early childhood teachers were divided into five groups: emotional-centered sympathy group, balanced sympathy group, balanced sympathy group, non-cognitive empathy group, and cognitive-centered empathy group. Second, a one-way variable analysis was conducted to examine the difference in happiness according to the type of sympathy module group of pre-service early childhood teachers. As a result, there was a significant difference in the happiness between the group types. Third, a one-way variable analysis was conducted to examine the difference in teaching passion according to the type of sympathy module group of pre-service early childhood teachers. As a result, there was a significant difference in teaching passion between the types of community.
