교사의 정신건강문제 예방 및 치료적 개입 관련 국․내외 연구 현황

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사 정신건강 문제를 위한 예방 및 치료적 개입에 관한 최근 연구 동향을 분석하여, 향후 연구의 시사점을 제공하는 데 있다. 1991년부터 2018년 까지 국ㆍ내외 학술지논문 총 67편을 분석대상 논문으로 선정하였고, 연구동향을 분 석하는 기준은 기본정보, 연구대상, 연구방법, 분석방법, 측정도구, 연구주제의 6가지 영역으로 하였다. 연구결과, 연도별 동향은 국․내외 연구 모두 최근까지 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져 왔다. 둘째, 연구대상별 동향은 다양한 교사들을 혼합한 대상을 적용한 연구가 국내 53.33%, 국외 43.24%로 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였지만 대상별 특성을 반영한 연구는 미흡하였다. 셋째, 연구방법별 동향은 국․내외 모두 양적연구가 가장 많이 사용되었고, 양적연구에 비해 혼합연구, 질적연구, 문헌연구는 매우 미미한 수준이었다. 넷째, 분석방법은 변량분석, t-검증, 상관분석 순으로 가장 많이 사용되었다. 다섯째, 측정도구는 국내․외 연구 모두 다양하게 활용되고 있었다. 특히 국내연구에서는 대부분 번안된 국외측정도구가 사용되고 있어서, 국내 상황에 적 합한 교사용 척도 개발과 타당화 연구가 요청되었다. 마지막으로, 연구주제별로 살펴보면, 국내연구는 대처관련 연구가, 국외연구의 경우 치료적 개입 연구가 큰 비중을 차지하고 있어 국내연구의 경우 예방 및 치료적 개입 연구에 대한 관심이 요청되 었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교사 정신건강 문제를 위한 개입과 관련하여 주요 시사점 및 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the recent research trends of preventive and therapeutic intervention for teacher s mental health problems and to provide implications for future researches. From 1991 to 2018, 67 articles were selected from the domestic and international journals, and the criteria for analyzing the research trends were six categories: basic information, research subjects, research methods, analysis methods, measurement tools and research topics. As a result of the study, for trends by year both domestic and international studies have been consistently in progress until now. Second, for the trends of study subjects, studies using a mixture of various teachers were 53.33% in domestic studies and 43.24% in international studies, but studies that reflects the characteristics of specific subject are insufficient. Third, quantitative researches were most used in both domestic and international studies, and mixed researches, qualitative researches, and literature researches were very small compared with quantitative researches. Fourth, analysis methods were most frequently used in order of analysis of variance, t-test, and correlation analysis. Fifth, measurement tools have been used variously in both domestic and international studies. In particular, domestic studies have been used measure tools translated from overseas studies, so the development and validation of teacher scale suitable for domestic situation was requested. Lastly, research on coping-related research in domestic studies and therapeutic intervention research in international studies took a large part, and in Korea, interest in preventive and therapeutic intervention studies was needed. Based on the results of this study, we suggest important implications and follow-up studies for preventive and therapeutic intervention for teacher s mental health problems.
