국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화 가정의 영아를 대상으로 영아의 놀이성과 보육시설 적응 관계 에서 교사-영아 상호작용의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 경남지역 K시에 소재한 다문화가정의 영아 186명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2017년 10월 9일부터 20일 까지 2주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 다문화 가정 영아의 놀이성과 교사-영아 상호작용, 보육시설 적응 간에는 유의한 관련성이 나타났고, 영아의 놀이성과 교사-영아 상호작용은 보육시설 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아 놀이성과 보육시설 적응 관계에서 정서적, 언어적 행동적 교사-영아 간 상호작용의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 다문화 가정의 영아들이 보육시설에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 놀이를 통한 교사-영아 상호작용 방안을 적극적으로 검토해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Aiming to verify the mediating effects of interactions between teacher and infants on the relation between playfulness and adaptation to childcare facilities of infants from multicultural families, this study conducted a survey targeting 186 infants from multicultural families in K city of Gyeongnam region, for two weeks from October 9th to 20th 2017. The collected survey data was analyzed by using SPSS Program, and the results of this study were drawn as follows. First, there were significant relations between playfulness, interactions between teacher and infants, and adaptation to childcare facilities of infants from multicultural families. And infants playfulness and interactions between teacher and infants had positive effects on the adaptation to childcare facilities. Second, on the relation between playfulness and adaptation to childcare facilities of infants, the partial mediating effects of emotional, linguistic & behavioral interactions between teacher and infants were significant. Therefore, it would be necessary to actively review the measures for interactions between teacher and infants through plays that could help infants from multicultural families to fully adapt themselves to childcare facilities.
