대입전형과 사교육의 관련성에 대한 교원인식 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 대입전형과 사교육의 관련성에 대한 교원들의 인식을 분석하기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 충남 지역 D시에 소재하는 일반계 고등학교 7개교의 교원들을 대상으로 2018년 1월과 2월, 2회에 걸쳐 질적 연구 방법인 FGI를 시행 하였다. 연구 결과, 교원들은 사교육은 개인적, 사회적, 교육적 요인이 상호 복합적으로 연계되어 발생하는 것으로 인식하고 있었으며 대입전형과 사교육과의 관련성에 대해서는 상반된 견해를 보였다. 학생부종합전형의 사교육 절감효과에 대해서는 부정적 견해가 더 많았다. 개선방안으로는 정부주도의 정책수립 및 추진 지양, 대입전 형의 평가기준과 결과의 공개, 대입전형 평가요소와 학교교육과정과의 일치, 학교교 육과정 개선을 위한 교원들의 노력과 의지가 필요함을 제안하였다. 결론으로 사교육과 대입전형의 관련성 평가는 학교, 학생, 평가 방식 등 실제 영향력을 고려할 필요가 있고, 사교육 절감을 위해서는 대입전형의 평가요소와 고교교육과정과의 일치도및 평가방식의 타당도 확보가 필요하며, 사교육 유발 요인은 복합적이지만 학교혁신을 통해 교육의 본질적 역할을 회복하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analysis the teachers opinions about relation between university admission system and private education. To do so, FGI was used and subjects of the study were teachers of 7 high schools in D city. The result of this study are as follows. First, teachers had a view that private education’s causing factors were personal factors, social factors and educational factors. And they understanded that private education was occurred connecting these factors in a complex way. Second, teachers held opposing viewpoints about the relation between university admission system and private education. Third, Comprehensive evaluation system of high school records had no effect in reducing the private education. Forth, the policy of university admission system should be planned and promoted by considering the opinions of the school, not government-led. And university should announce clearly for students and parents the evaluation’s bases and results of university admission system The discussions of this study as follows; First, It is worth noting that the relation between university admission system and private education affected by mixed-reality based situation. Second, for reducing privation education, it is need to correspond evaluation factors of university admission system with curriculum of high school. Third, it is important to concern on school renovation for establishing high school’s identity.
