대학생활만족이 진로정체감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 광주·전남지역 4년제 대학생을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 광주·전남지역 4년제 대학생을 대상으로 대학생활만족이 진로정 체감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 2017년 04월 25일 부터 05 월 25일 까지 4개 대학에서 수거한 280부의 질문지중 불성실하게 응답한 질문지를 제외하고 251부의 자료를 최종적으로 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 21을 이용하여 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하고, 회귀분석을 실시하였 다. 연구 결과 대학생활만족, 진로정체감 및 진로준비행동 간에는 유의미한 정적인 상관관계가 나타났고, 진로정체감과 진로준비행동에 상관관계가 높은 대학생활만족의 하위 요인은 수업만족, 교우만족, 학교만족 순이었다. 이는 광주·전남지역 재학생의 진로정체감과 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해서는 대학은 수업만족, 교우만족, 학교 만족도를 증진시키는 것이 필요하며, 이를 위하여 학생 특성에 맞는 체계적이고 구체 적인 노력을 기울여야 함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of campus life satisfaction on career identity and career preparation behavior in 4-year university students in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The subjects of this study were four 4-year university students in Gwangju and Jeonnam area. A total of 280 copies were distributed from April 25, 2017 to May 25, 2017 and 251 copies were used for analysis. After reliability and validity of the data collected was verified using IBM SPSS statistics 21, regression analysis was performed. The results showed that there was a positive correlation with career identity, career preparation behavior and satisfaction with campus life. The most correlated with career identity and career preparation behavior was class satisfaction, friendship satisfaction and school satisfaction which were the sub factors of campus life satisfaction. In order to enhance the career identity and career preparation behaviors of students in Gwangju and Jeonnam systematic and concrete efforts are need to improve class satisfaction, friendship satisfaction and school satisfaction.
