예술중점학교의 이해관계자 성과체감도와 전문가 평가결과 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예술중점학교의 성과 향상과 평가결과에 대한 수용성을 제고하기 위하 여 이해관계자들이 체감하는 성과와 전문가들이 평가한 결과 간에 어떤 관계가 있 는지 살펴보았다. 분석의 결과 이해관계자의 성과체감도와 전문가 평가결과 간의 상 관성이 부분적으로 확인되었다. 학생과 예술강사가 체감하는 성과와 전문가들이 평 가결과 간에는 양(+)의 선형관계를 보였다. 특히, 전문가들의 평가영역 중에서 투입 부문과 실행부문에서 이러한 관계를 보였다. 반면에 학교교사들이 체감하는 성과와 전문가들의 평가결과 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관성을 보이지 않았다. 이번 결 과에 따르면 학교교사들이 실제로 체감하는 성과가 평가에 반영될 수 있도록 보완 하는 노력이 요구되며, 이를 토대로 이해관계자의 평가결과에 대한 수용성을 제고할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is carried out to identify what relationship between cognition of interest group and the result of expert s evaluation on the perspective of participatory evaluation. Through the analysis procedure, it has been partially proved of the correlation between cognition of stakeholder and the result of expert s evaluation assessment. In particular, students and art teachers among the stakeholder were shown a positive (+) linear relationship at input and running sector in System Process Assessment Model. It implies this model can be used as a next evaluate assessment model. If the cognition rate of achievement of interest group is added as an element of assessment outcome, it can be escalating universal validity of evaluate model. Because it has a result of arts-specialized school business. This can be satisfied interrelationship individually with former stages which were hypothesized in System Process Assessment Model. But the cognition of interest group is not has statistically significant correlation with the cognition of achievement of school teacher. It implies that should be modified and developed through school teacher’s recommendation. For instance, even if the elements which are involved as a assessment evaluate such as the excellence of creative human oriented education, the appropriate of management for students life style, and the suitable of portfolio, it is very difficult to process because of teachers burden in school activities. Consequently it is required to get complementary measures with alternative index. And the policy should be implemented which can be reduced of teacher’s general administration in school.
