인성함양을 위한 팀 활동 체육수업에 관한 초등예비교사의 학습 경험과 가치

국문 초록

본 연구는 인성 함양을 위한 ‘팀 활동 체육수업’에 관한 초등예비교사의 학습 경 험을 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서 수집된 초등예비교사의 수업일지를 토 대로 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역분석과 분류분석으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 인성함양을 위한 ‘팀 활동 체육수업’에 관한 초등예비교사의 이야기를 통해 1차적인 교육경험인 학습 경험의 내용으로 ‘신체적 움직임 가져오기’, ‘전략과 전술 이해하 기’, ‘수업 참여의 적극성 가져오기’가 도출되었다. 그리고 2차적 교육경험인 학습 경 험의 가치로는 ‘우리 서로 하나 되기’, ‘자신의 역할에 몰입하기’, ‘집단 소속감 느끼 기’, ‘긍정적으로 상호작용하기’ 등이 도출되었다. 여기서 학습 경험의 내용은 초등예 비교사들이 ‘팀 활동 체육수업’에 참여하면서 경험하는 그 자체의 교육적 의미로 개 인의 신체나 정서표현과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 그리고 학습 경험의 가치는 초등예비 교사들과의 교육 경험을 통해 얻게 된 개인의 내면적인 변화로 초등예비교사들 간 의 상호작용 속에서 드러난 핵심 가치를 의미한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore elementary pre-service teachers educational experience of team activity physical education programs for the cultivation of personality development. The class journals of elementary pre-service teachers, collected in this study, were applied to domain analysis and taxonomic analysis proposed by Spradley(1979). The analysis results are presented in the following. Based on elementary pre-service teachers stories of team activity physical education programs for the cultivation of personality development, this study drew as the contents of learning experience, the primary educational experience, bring about physical movement , understanding strategy and tactic , and bringing about active class participation ; and as the values of learning experience, the secondary experience, uniting together , immersing oneself into its role , feeling a sense of belonging to a group , and positively interacting . Here, the contents of learning experience represent elementary pre-service teachers educational meanings that they experience in participating in team activity physical education programs , and are closely related to individuals physical body and emotional expressions. And the values of learning experience represent elementary pre-service teachers internal change made by their educational experience, and mean the core values that appear in interaction between elementary pre-service teachers.
