유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 페르소나 및 양육태도와의 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 아버지 양육에 대한 암묵적 심리가 아버지의 양육태도에 영향을 미친다고 보고 유아 아버지를 대상으로 암묵적 기억심리검사를 실시하여 페르소나를 알아본 후, 아버지의 페르소나와 양육태도와의 관계가 어떠한지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2016년 5월 22일부터 2016년 7월 12일까지 S시에 거주하고 가정배경이 비슷한 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지 50명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 암묵적 기억심리 실험을 통해 페르소나 검사를 진행하였고 아버지의 양육태도에 대해서는 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 분석 하였다. 암묵적 기억심리실험을 통해 아버지들의 3가지 차원의 페르소나가 어떤 특징을 보이는지 알아볼 수 있었으며 페르소나와 아버지의 양육태도에도 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 연구결과는 첫째, 연구대상 아버지들의 페르소나는 3가지 차원에서 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며 이는 3가지 차원이 균형 잡힌 수준으로 있다고 판단할 수 있다. 둘째, 양육태도 하위요인에서 차이가 나타나지 않는 것에 비해 페르소나 3가지 차원에 따라 아버지의 양육태도에 대한 차이가 유의하게 나타났다. 이와 같은 아버지 페르소나 및 양육태도와의 관련성 연구를 통해 아버지라는 역할을 다시 인식하고 아버지의 심리적 이해와 이를 바탕으로 한 양육 프로그램 연구에 시사점을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of study was to learn the persona of young children s fathers and its relationship with the child-rearing attitude of fathers. To conduct this research, the survey data were collected from 50 fathers of children who are from associations for childhood education in Seoul. In order to measure the persona of young children s fathers and its relationship with the child-rearing attitude of fathers, the instrument that have been used in this research was the experiment of implicit memory that was made by Jia xiaona(2011) and the questionnaire for parents was made by Hwang Okja(1987), O Giseon(1965) and supplemented by Kim Geumseon(2011). Statistical analysis was performed using by SPSS 20.0 program and the collected data were analyzed by descriptive data analysis. The results of this research is as follows. First, there is little difference of between three dimenions and the recurrence rate of fathers attitude in collective ideal is the highest among three dimensions. It means that the meaning father should not only be thought in the point of individual but also be thought in the way of social view as the meaning of father is changing in the society. The collective ideal means the requirements of society for father, the personal ideal means the individual requirements for father, and the physical and mental means the essential quality of physical and mental for father. The difference of three dimensions is not very little and that is the essential condition for the harmonious development of person. There are some contradictions can been found in the image of father through checking the result of persona experiment. Second, There have differences between 3 dimensions in father s child-rearing attitude while there is no difference can been found in the father s child-rearing attitude without the view of 3 dimensions.
