유아교육기관에서 유아교사가 가지는 실존적 경험의 의미

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관에서 유아교사가 가지는 실존적 경험에 대한 의미를 살펴보고자 하였다. 2016년 7월에서 2016년 10월에 이르기까지 총 4개월간 유아 교사 총 10명과 대면으로 Van Manen의 다섯가지 실존체를 활용한 개별 심층면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 면담 녹음 전사 자료, 현장 노트, 연구자 일지, 문서 및 기타자료(교사 보육일지, 평가지, 활동사진 및 영상) 등이다. 연구결과, 교사들은 첫 째, 진짜 교사됨의 기쁨, 아이가 주는 감동, 고생을 보람으로 만들어 주는 수업을 통해 어려움을 넘어서는 기쁨의 순간들을 느끼고 있었다. 둘째, 불신과 오해가 주는 상처를 위로받지 못하며 상처와 고독의 순간을 경험하고 있었다. 셋째, 그래도 살아내고, 탈주와 도전을 통해 살아가는 힘을 기르고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 교사들이 겪는 희노애락적 ‘정서’가 교사생활에서의 배움의 생성에 있어서 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다는 것을 시사하였다. 일반적인 교사발달론 만으로는 설명될 수 없는 뒤엉킴의 경험 속에서, 교사들은 자신만의 창조적 실존을 형성해 나가며 스스로의 임파워먼트를 길러가고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 교사들의 실존적 경험을 고려한 교사 교육의 개발 및 적용에 큰 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of the existence of an early childhood teacher in an early childhood educational institution. From July 2016 to October 2016, a total of 10 in-depth interviews were conducted to utilize the five pronouncements of a total of 10 child teachers from a total of 10 months to October 2016. The collected materials are interview records, field notes, research papers, documents and other materials (teachers journals, evaluation papers, activities and photographs), etc. The study found that teachers were experiencing moments of joy beyond the difficulties of the real teacher, the joy of the child, and the lessons that gave lessons to rewarding the hardships. Second, disbelief of mistrust and misunderstanding was experienced, and experiencing moments of injury and loneliness. Third, it was still alive, and it was the strength to survive through escape and challenge. These findings suggest that teachers emotions that teachers experience in their lives have important implications for the creation of learning in a teacher s life. In the midst of a complicated teaching experience that can not be explained by ordinary teachers, teachers were developing their own creations, creating their own creative reality. Therefore, this study could give teachers a significant opportunity to develop and apply teachers education, considering the practical experiences of teachers.
