국문 초록

본 연구는 실천 중심 성인 인성교육 지도자 양성 프로그램 개발 방향을 제시하는데 주안점을 두고 성인 인성교육 퍼실리테이터 과정 사례를 선정하였으며 대표 7명을 대상으로 2016년 12월부터 본격적으로 사례 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 교육 과정은 인성교육의 핵심역량을 종합적으로 포함해야 한다. 둘째, 인간의 근본을 탐색할 수 있는 동서양 윤리 철학을 필수적으로 편성해야 한다. 셋째, 이론과 실습을 병행할 수 있는 교육과정 편성, 이에 적합한 전공 교수와 인성교육 경험이 풍부한 현장 전문가 등으로 강사진을 구성해야 한다. 넷째, 토론학습, 협동학습, 프로젝트 학습 등 학습자 중심이 되며 실천력을 높일 수 있는 교수법 과정을 편성해야 한다. 다섯째, 그림 및 그래프 위주 보다 학습할 내용 중심의 글자화된 교재를 개발하여 활용도를 높인다. 여섯째, 직접 인성교육 수업계획안 및 모의 수업을 해보는 실습 시간을 편성하여 지도자 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 한다. 일곱째, 지도자로서 전문성을 인정받을 수 있는 인증제를 부여하도록 개발해야 한다. 여덟째, 교수자가 학습자와 상호작용하며 촉진자 역할을 할 수 있는 퍼실리테이터 과정으로 개발하는 것이 효과적이다. 아홉째, 청소년들에게 요구되는 교육과 성인으로서 자신을 성찰하고 지역사회 변화를 꾀할 수 있는 교육내용을 구성해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to suggest the direction of practice centered program development Process for adult character education leaders. I chose 7 samples from an adult character education facilitator program and conducted case study about them beginning from December of 2016. My conclusions are as follows: First, the curriculum should include overall core competencies of character education. Second, it should essentially include the oriental and occidental ethics in order to understand human’s nature. Third, it should run the theory and the practice in parallel. Thus teaching staff should comprise of professional professors, and field specialists of rich experience about character education. Fourth, it should consist of student centered teaching method such as discussion, cooperation learning, project learning. Fifth, it is better in respect to application in the future to develop documented texts rather than the material of pictures and graphs. Sixth, it should provide practice time in which one can make teaching planning and teach actually with it and thus build up one’s own leadership. Seventh, it should provide certification by which one can be recognized as a leader of character education. Eighth, it would be effective if it should be facilitator program through which instructors have active interactions with students. Ninth, it should provide respectively the contents for youngsters and adults. Especially for adults, it should aim at promoting of community development as well as at reflecting oneself.
