교수자의 PBL 교수법 지원 프로그램 참여가 학습자 역량과 수업만족도에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학에서 제공하는 PBL 교수법 지원 프로그램에 참여하는 교수자의 참여 수준에 따라 학생들의 학습에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이에 2016학년도 2학기에 S대학의 PBL 교수법에 교수자의 참여 수준에 따른 학습자들의 문제해결능력, 협력적 자기효능감 사후-사전 점수 차이에 대해 ANCOVA와 MANOVA 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 수업 만족도에 대한 ANOVA 분석도 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 교수자의 참여 수준에 따라 학습자들의 문제해결능력에 차이가 있었다. 사후 검증 결과, 하위영역 중 계획실행의 경우 3회 참여 집단이 1회 참여 집단보다 유의미하게 높고, 수행평가의 경우 3회 참여 집단이 1회와 2회 참여 집단보다 높았다. 둘째, 교수자의 참여 수준에 따라 학습자의 협력적 자기효능감에 차이가 있었다. 사후 검증 결과, 하위영역 중 리더양상의 경우 3회 참여 집단이 2회 참여 집단보다 높았고, 의견통합의 경우 3회 참여 집단이 1회와 2회 참여 집단보다 높았다. 마지막으로, 만족도는 참여 횟수에 비례하여 높았고, 특히 3회 참여가 1회 참여보다 더 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 그에 따른 논의와 제언이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the professors ’ participation level of the PBL teaching method support program provided by the university on students ’ learning. In this study, MANOVA analysis was conducted on the difference between the post and pre test scores of the learners problem solving ability and self-efficacy for group work according to the level of participating once, participating twice, participating in three times. In addition, ANOVA analysis of the class satisfaction was also carried out. The results of this study are as follows. First, the level of professors ’ participation positively influenced the improvement of plan execution and performance evaluation among the sub factors of problem solving ability of learners. The three time participating groups was higher than the once participating group in the plan execution and was also higher than the other two groups in the performance evaluation. Second, the level of professors ’ participation positively influenced the improvement of leader aspect and opinion integration among the sub factors of self-efficacy for group work. The three time participating groups was higher than the twice participating group in the leader aspect and was also higher than the other two groups in the opinion integration. Thirdly, the class satisfaction rate was higher in the three time participation group than the once participation group. Discussions and suggestions were presented in detail.
