상호동료교수법을 이용한 기본간호학 실습 교육이 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 간호술 수행자신감, 실습만족도에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 상호동료교수법을 적용한 기본간호학 실습 교육이 간호대학생의 자기 효능감, 간호술 수행 자신감, 실습만족도에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후실험설계연구이다. 연구는 2015년 3월 19일부터 5월 26일 사이에 이루어졌으며 연구대상은 기본간호학실습 과목을 수강하는 D광역시 소재 간호학과 2학년 학생 53명(실험군 27명, 대조군 26명)이다. 연구결과, 상호동료교수법을 적용한 기본 간호학실습 교육 후 실험군에서 자기효능감(t=2.67, p =.010), 간호술 수행자신감 (t=2.18, p =.034), 실습만족도(t=2.31, p =.026)가 유의하게 높았다. 또한, 성찰일지를 통한 주관적 평가를 분석한 결과, 학습자 간 눈높이 교육, 즉각적인 피드백, 수업에 대한 흥미, 이해도, 성취감 등이 향상되었다고 표현하였다. 본 연구를 통해 상호동료교 수법은 기본간호학실습 교육에서 간호학과 학생들이 가르치고 배우는 동료와의 상호작용을 통해 자기효능감 및 수행 자신감을 향상시켜 기존의 실습교육의 단점을 보완할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. 앞으로 동료교수의 전문적 역할 수행을 위해 사전훈련 과정을 체계적으로 계획하고 다양한 실습 교과목에 적극적으로 도입하여 효과성에 대한 반복연구가 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

The present study aimed to apply the reciprocal peer tutoring program to fundamental nursing practice education and to evaluate on self-efficacy, confidence in performance , satisfaction. The study was conducted as a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The perios for this study was from March 19th to May 26th in 2015. The participants were 53 students(27 in experimental group, 26 in control group) enrolled in the department of nursing located in D metropolitan city, who take fundamental nursing practicum course. According to the results of study, the experimental group’s score in self-efficacy(t=2.67, p=.010), confidence in performance(t=2.18, p=.034) and satisfaction(t=2.31, p=.026) was significantly high after taking fundamental nursing practicum course applying reciprocal peer tutoring. Besides, in the results of analyzing the subjective evaluation through reflective journal, it was mentioned that eye level education between learners, prompt feedback, interest in course, understanding and sense of achievement and the likes improved. The reciprocal peer tutoring is expected to be able to make up for weak points of conventional practicum by improving self-efficacy and confidence in performance through interaction with peer that nursing majors are taught by and teach in the basic nursing practicum through this study. In the future, it will be necessary to carry out a replication study on effectiveness by systematically planning a pre-training process to play a specialized role of peer tutoring and actively introducing this to various practicum courses.
