학대피해 아동을 위한 미술치료프로그램 효과에 관한 국내 실험연구 메타분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 1996년부터 2020년 12월까지 국내에서 발표된 학대피해 아동을 대상으로 한 실험연구 미술치료프로그램의 효과를 계량적으로 종합 분석하여 그 효과성이 어떤 요인들에 의해 영향을 받는지 밝히고자 하였다. 연구방법: 최종적으로 선정된 5편 논문들의 26개 개별연구 결과들에 대해 메타분석을 실시하였으며, Meta-ANOVA를 이용하여 조절변수에 따른 효과크기의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 5편의 분석대상 논문에서 추출된 26개 개별연구 결과들의 정적효과 미술치료의 평균 효과크기는 1.146, 부적효과 미술치료의 평균효과크기는 -0.941로 나타나 관련 프로그램들이 매우 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 학대피해 아동을 위한 정적효과 미술치료의 변인별 효과크기 차이에서 측정도구는 정서조절척도에서 가장 큰 효과크기를 나타내었고, 주당 시행 횟수는 주 2회, 중재유형은 긍정정서에서 가장 높은 효과크기가 나타났다. 학대피해 아동을 위한 부적효과 미술치료의 변인별 효과크기 차이에서 학대유형은 신체적 학대, 주사용 미술매체는 혼합, 총 회기는 20회기 이상, 중재유형은 공격성에서 가장 높은 효과크기가 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구결과는 학대피해 아동을 위한 근거기반 미술치료프로그램의 운영과 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to quantitatively and comprehensively analyze the effects of the experimental research art therapy program for abused children, which Released in Korea from 1996 to December 2020 to find out what factors affect the effectiveness of art therapy programs. Method: A meta-analysis was performed on the results of 26 individual studies of the finally selected 5 papers, and the difference in effect size according to the control variables was analyzed using Meta-ANOVA. Results: The average effect size of static effect art therapy was 1.146 and the average effect size of negative effect art therapy was -0.941 of the results of 26 individual studies extracted from 5 analysis target papers, indicating that the related programs were very effective. In the difference in the effect size for each variable of the static effect art therapy for children victimized by abuse, the measurement tool showed the largest effect size in the emotional regulation scale, the number of trials per week twice a week, and the intervention type showed the highest effect size in the positive emotion. Regarding the difference in the effect size for each variable of the negative effect of child abuse victims, the abuse type showed the highest effect size in physical abuse, injectable art media mixed, total sessions more than 20 sessions, and intervention type aggression. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as basic data for the operation and development of evidence-based art therapy programs for abused children.
