가족건강성이 사회적 부모역할 인식에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착의 매개효과 검증 - 한중 대학생의 차이를 중심으로

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 한중 양국 모두 출산율이 감소하는 상황에서 가임기 성인이 된 한중 대학생의 가족건강성, 성인애착, 사회적 부모역할 인식의 수준이 국적에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 비교하고 그들의 가족건강성이 사회적 부모역할 인식에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착(불안애착, 회피애착)이 병렬이중매개효과를 보이는지 검증하고자 실시되었다. 연구방법: 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 The PROCESS macro for SPSS 3.4 Model 4를 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, Cronbach’s α 계수, 평균 및 표준편차를 산출하였고, Pearson의 적률상관관계분석 및 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 가족건강성의 하위요인 중 ‘경제적 안정과 협력’에 대한 인식은 한국 대학생이 중국 대학생에 비해 더 높았으며, ‘가족문화 참여’에 대한 인식이 더 낮았다. 한국 대학생의 불안애착, 회피애착, 사회적 부모역할 인식의 수준 역시 중국 대학생보다 더 낮았다. 둘째, 한국 대학생의 경우 가족건강성과 사회적 부모역할 인식의 관계에서 회피애착에 의해서만 완전매개효과를 보였고, 중국 대학생의 경우에는 회피애착의 부분매개효과만 있었다. 논의 및 결론: 첫째, 사회적으로 요구되는 부모역할이 복잡해지고, 젊은이들이 결혼·출산을 포기하고자 하는 상황에서 언제든지 부모가 될 가능성이 있는 대학생에게 가족을 이루고 부모가 된다는 것은 개인에게 어떤 의미가 있는지, 자녀를 가지는 것은 어떠한 보람이 있는지를 알려주는 것은 중요하므로 대학교에서는 예비부모교육을 필수과목으로 전환할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 안정 애착의 세대간 전이를 통해서 건강한 가족관계로 이어질 수 있기 때문에 부모가 될 가능성이 있는 대학생을 대상으로 미래의 자녀와 안정애착을 형성할 수 있는 방법과 그 중요성을 알리는 교육을 제공할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study compared whether there are significant differences in family health, adult attachment, and social parental role perception by nationality in a situation where fertility rates are decreasing in both Korea and China, and to verify whether each anxiety attachment and avoidance attachment has the mediating effect on social parental role recognition. Method: Data were analyzed by frequency, percentages, Cronbach’s reliability coefficient, Pearson's correlations, independent t-test using the SPSS 21.0 and Model 4 in The PROCESS macro for SPSS 3.4. Results: First, Korean college students had higher levels of ‘economic stability and cooperation’, but the lower level of ‘family culture participation’. Korean college students had lower levels of anxiety attachment, avoidance attachment, and pre-parental role recognition. Second, in the case of Korean college students, it was completely mediated only by avoidance attachment in the relationship between family strength and pre-parental role recognition, and in the case of Chinese college students, avoidance attachment was partially mediated in this relationship. Conclusion: First, in the situation where the parents' role has been more complicated through social needs and the more young people seem to give up their marriage and having children, it is important to teach college students who have the potential to become parents, including the meaning of being parent and the worth of having children by offering required pre-parenting education courses at college. Second, it is necessary to provide education to college students to inform the important of secure attachment with their children in the future because it can lead them to have healthy family relationships through intergenerational transmission of secure attachment.
