국문 초록

창업생태계는 창업과 연관된 다양한 이해관계자들이 상호작용을 하면서 가치를 창출해 나아가는 프로세스이기에, 창업생태계에 참여하는 이해관계자들의 이해관계를 분석하는 것이 중요하다. 그런데 기존의 연구를 살펴보면, 단순히 창업생태계의 구성요인을 강조하고 있을 뿐, 이들 간의 협업체계의 결과로 나타나야만 하는 특성에 대한 연구는 그리 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌 연구와 기존 대학창업생태계 연구에서 주로 사용되어온 기법들과는 달리 창업생태계의 정책적 노력이 활성화될 수 있도록 이해관계자 분석의 개념적 틀을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 공헌은 크게 두 가지로 구분하여 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 창업생태계에 참여하는 이해관계자의 이해관계를 강조함으로써 다양한 이슈들에 대한 통찰력을 제공할 수 있는 기반을 제시하였다. 둘째, 이해관계자 관리의 중요성을 여러 측면에서 고려하여 창업생태계 활성화에 기여하였다는 점을 들 수 있다. 이러한 연구는 창업생태계 연구의 지식기반에 공헌을 할 뿐만 아니라 대학창업생태계의 발전에도 유용할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

It is important to analyze the interests of stakeholders involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, as the entrepreneurial ecosystem is a process in which various stakeholders interact and create value. However, the existing research emphasizes the constituents of entrepreneurial ecosystem, and there are not many studies focused on the stakeholder’s characteristics that should be the result of collaboration system between them. This study suggests the conceptual framework of stakeholder analysis so that the policy efforts of entrepreneurial ecosystem can be activated. The main result of this study shows as follows. First, it emphasizes the interests of stakeholders participating in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, thereby providing a basis for providing insights into various issues. Second, it contributed to the activation of entrepreneurial ecosystem by considering the importance of stakeholder management in various aspects. This study will contribute not only to the knowledge base of entrepreneurial ecosystem research but also to the development of university start - up ecosystem.
