일학습병행 현장훈련 운영 방식에 따른 훈련성과 차이 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 일학습병행 현장훈련 운영 방식에 따른 학습근로자의 훈련성과 차이를 분석하고, 이를 통해 개선이 필요한 정책적 대안을 제공하는 것이다. 연구의 주요 내용은 첫째, 일학습병행 현장훈련 운영 방식을 분석하고, 둘째, 일학습병행 현장훈련 운영 방식에 따른 학습근로자의 훈련성과 차이를 분석하며, 셋째, 분석결과에 근거하여 일학습병행 현장훈련 성과 제고를 위한 대안을 제안하는 것이다. 일학습병행 운영 방식으로는 ’기업현장교사와 학습근로자가 같이 업무를 수행하면서 직접 지식이나 스킬을 전수하는 방식‘이 43.2%로 가장 높았으며, ’강의를 통해 지식을 전달하는 방식‘이 40.7%, ’과제를 부여하고 주기적으로 확인하는 방식‘이 7.7%, ’스스로 학습하도록 하고 학습결과를 확인하는 방식‘이 4.8%이었다. 또한, 일학습병행 현장훈련 운영 방식에 따라 학습근로자의 훈련성과(현업 적용도, 직무수행능력 향상, 생산성 향상에의 기여)는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 분석결과에 근거한 현장훈련 성과 제고 방안으로는 1) 현장훈련이 기업현장교사와의 상호작용을 바탕으로 한 실무 중심으로 운영될 수 있도록 관리 필요, 2) 현장훈련의 개념을 재정립하여 기업 현장에서 바람직한 현장훈련이 이루어지도록 촉진 등을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to analyse differences of apprentices’ training performance according to OJT(On-the-job-training) operation method in korean apprenticeship system and to offer politic alternatives to need to be improved. There are main contents of the study as follows: the first is to analyse OJT operation method; the second to analyse differences of apprentices’ training performance according to OJT operation method; the third to offer a policy direction to improve OJT operation on the basis of the result of analysis. According to survey how OJT is operated, ‘how to offer knowledge and skills directly while in-company trainers and apprentices work together’ is the highest at 43.2%; ‘how to provide knowledge by lectures’ at 40.7%; ‘how to assign tasks and check them periodically’ at 7.7%; ‘how to make your own learning and check your learning outcomes’ at 4.8%. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference of apprentices’ training performance(application, job performance improvement, contribution to productivity improvement) according to OJT operation methods. There are two politic alternatives on the basis of the result of analysis; firstly, it is necessary to manage OJT to be operated by focusing on the practical business based on interaction between in-company trainers and apprentices; secondly, the concept of OJT is redefine and OJT should be promoted to be operated appropriately in the field.
