국문 초록

본 연구는 Wee 클래스 상담프로그램에 대한 필요성 및 학부모 교육 내용에 대하여 조사하고자 하였다. 연구문제는 첫째, Wee클래스 상담프로그램에 대하여 학부모 인식과 요구도는 어떠한가? 둘째, Wee클래스 상담프로그램에 대하여 학부모 교육 주제 선정은 어떤 내용이 필요한가? 연구대상은 S시W초등학교 학부모 620명을 대상으로 설문지를 사용하였다. 설문지 구성은 자녀에 대한 질문, 부적응지도, 문제행동 지도, 학부모 교육, 학부모 교육방식, Wee클래스 상담의뢰 여부 등 6문항으로 구성되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, Wee 클래스 상담프로그램이 필요하다는 응답이 78%, 그렇지 않다는 22% 나타냈다. 둘째, Wee 클래스 상담프로그램에서 학부모 교육주제에 대하여, 성격특성 이해 및 적절한 양육방법에 대한 응답이 606명(32.2%), 정서적, 행동적, 사회적 부적응에 대한 이해 390명(20.7%), 소통과 대화법 385 명(20.5%), 기타 순으로 응답하였다. 이를 통해 Wee 클래스 상담프로그램에 대한 필요성 및 학부모 교육에 대하여 조사한 결과, 전문적인 훈련을 받은 상담자가 학생들을 대상으로 따뜻한 애정과 관심을가지고 상담할 때 학생들은 자신의 감정과 걱정꺼리를 거리낌 없이 털어놓을 수 있고, 학생 스스로자기의 문제를 원활히 해결해 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate necessity of counselling program and parent education. The first research problem is perception and requirement on parents of Wee class counselling program. The second one is what contents are need at subject of parent education on Wee class counselling program. 620 parents of S city W elementary school had a survey. Consequently, the rate that the counselling program needs is 78.0%, no is 22.0%. Secondly, on subjects of parent education of the counselling program, personality characteristics and parenting style is 32.0%, communication and conversational method is 20.0%, maladjustment, emotion and problem behavior is 17.0% and so on. Finally, when professional counselor consults students with warm affection, the students can open their worry and resolve their problems themselves.
