청소년의 인구사회학적 특성과 인지적 정서조절전략

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 인지적 정서조절전략의 사용에 차이가 있는지를 분석하기 위하여 진행되었다. 연구대상자는 서울, 대구, 경북, 부산에 소재한 8개 중․고등학교에 재학 중인 666명이다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정형편의 수준에 따라서 계획 다시 생각하기, 긍정적 초점변경, 자기비난, 긍정적 재평가를 사용함에 있어 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부교육수준에 따라서 청소년의 인지적 정서조절전략 사용은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 반면 모교육수준에 따라서 조망확대, 긍정적 초점변경을 사용하는 수준은 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업성적에 따라서 조망확대, 계획 다시 생각하기, 긍정적 초점변경, 수용, 긍정적 재평가는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 청소년의 가정형편, 모교육수준, 학업성적에 따라서 인지적 정서조절전략의 사용은 차이가 있었으며, 가정형편, 모교육수준, 학업성적에 따라서 어떠한 인지적 정서조절전략을 개입해야 하는지에 대한 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is a difference in the use of cognitive emotion regulation strategies according to the demographic characteristics of adolescents. The study subjects were 666 students attending 8 middle and high schools in Seoul, Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and Busan. The main results were as follows: First, there was a difference in refocus on planning, positive refocusing, self - blame, and positive reappraisal depending on the level of household economic status level. Second, there was no significant difference in the use of cognitive emotion regulation strategies among adolescents according to their father s education level. But according to the level of mother s education, there was a difference between putting into perspective and positive refocusing. Third, according to academic achievement, there was a difference in putting into perspective, refocus on planning, positive refocusing, acceptance, and positive reappraisal. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for what kind of cognitive emotion regulation strategies should be intervened according to the household economic status level, mother s education level, and academic achievement.
