남자 간호대학생의 자아존중감과 대학생활 적응이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 남자 간호대학생들의 대학생활적응, 자아존중감, 진로정체감과의 관계와 진로정체감에 대한 대학생활적응과 자아존중감의 영향을 조사하여 남자 간호대학생들의 대학생활적응 및향후 간호 전문인로서의 자긍심과 직업정체성 및 직업만족도 향상을 돕기 위한 기초자료로 활용하기위해 시행된 조사연구이다. 얀구 대상자는 우리나라 9개 행정구역에 있는 간호학과 9개 대학교에 재학 중인 남학생 총 300명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation, liner regression으로 분석하였다. 연구도구는 진로정체감 척도와 대학생활적응 척도(Studet Adaptation to College Questionnaire; SACQ) 및 자아존중감 척도(Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale; RSEs)를 사용하였다. 그 결과 세변수 모두 상관관계가 있었으며, 진로정체감에 영향을 주는 변수로 대학생활적응, 종교 및 자아존중감이 39.3%의 설명력을 갖는것으로 나타났다. 이에 남자간호대학생의 경우 대상자의 진로정체감을 증진시키기 위해서는 대학생활적응 프로그램의 개발과 자아존중감 증진을 위한 대학차원의 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of Career identification, Adaption to College and Self-esteem among male nursing students. the study results will be used as a basic data to enhance job satisfaction, career identification and self-esteem. The study design was a cross-sectional survey. The study participants were a total 300 male nursing students targeted from seven administrative districts. In order to analyze data was used statistics methods such as mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and pearson correlation liner regression by SPSS WIN 20.0. Study measurements were the career identification nstrument, Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ), and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSEs). the study results had shown significant corelation of career identification, adaption to college, and self-esteem and variables effecting on career identification were adaption to College, religion, and Self-esteem with explanation power of 39.3%. In order to enhance career identification among male nursing students, it is needed to develop systematic and specific programs of university for improving self-esteem and adaptation to college.
