국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 자원봉사자의 참여 동기가 자원봉사 활동몰입에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 부천시의 자원봉사자 195명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 자원봉사자의 자기개발 참여 동기는 자원봉사 활동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자원봉사자의 대의적 참여 동기는 자원봉사 활동몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 자원봉사자의 외부적 참여 동기는 자원봉사 활동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자원봉사자의 여가적 참여 동기는 자원봉사 활동몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이상의 선행연구를 분석한 결과, 자원봉사자의 활동몰입에 영향을 미치는 참여 동기의 구성요인(자기개발, 대의적, 외부적, 여가적)에 대한 연구의 필요성이 요구된다. 본 연구는 자원봉사자의 자원봉사 활동몰입 증진을 위한 제도 개선 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of volunteers motivation to participate in volunteer activities. The study was conducted on 195 volunteers in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province. The method of analysis was used to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, and regression analysis of causality among variables. The study found that, first of all, the motivation for volunteers to participate in self-development has a significant impact on the inflow of volunteer activities. Second, the motivation for a volunteer s representative participation has been confirmed to have a positive effect on the inflow of volunteer activities. Third, the motivation for volunteers outside participation was shown to have a significant impact on the inflow of volunteer activities. Fourth, the motivation for volunteers leisure participation was found to have a positive effect on the immersion of volunteer activities. The analysis of the above preceding studies calls for the need for research on the components of the motivation to participate (self-development, representative, external, leisurely) that affect the activity immersion. This study is thought to be the basis for the development of the system for enhancing volunteer activity.
