병원간호사의 건강증진행위에 영향을 주는 요인: 자아탄력성, 주관적 안녕감을 중심으로

국문 초록

의학의 급속한 발달과 소득수준의 향상으로 의료 패러다임은 단순히 질병을 치료하는 것이 아니라건강증진의 개념으로 전환되고 있으며, 병원에서 근무하는 간호사들의 건강관리는 타인의 도움 없이자신의 건강을 스스로 지킬 수 있다는 전문 의료인으로 인식되면서 상대적으로 경시되어 왔다. 그러나 병원간호사는 열악한 근무환경과 이로 인한 불건강한 상태는 환자에게도 직·간접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 바람직한 건강증진행위를 하는데 롤 모델이 된다는 점에서 더욱 중요하다. 연구결과는 자아탄력성 3.48점, 주관적 안녕감의 긍정적 정서 3.19점, 부정적 정서 2.67점, 삶의 만족도는 3.16 점이었으며, 건강증진행위는 3.36점이었다. 병원간호사의 건강증진행위는 자아탄력성과 주관적 안녕감중 긍정적 정서, 삶의 만족도에서 유의적 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 그리고 자아탄력성은 긍정적 정서와 삶의 만족도에서 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 부정적 정서와는 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 이상의 결과에서 병원간호사의 자아탄력성과 주관적 안녕감이 높을수록 건강증진행위가 높아진다는 것을알 수 있었고 간호사의 건강증진행위를 강화할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 적용한다면 환자에게도양질의 간호를 제공 할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

영문 초록

With the rapid development of medicine and the improvement of income level, the medical paradigm is shifting to the concept of health promotion, not simply treating the disease. The health care of nurses working in hospitals has been underestimated as a professional healthcare professional who can protect herself without help of others. However, the hospital nurse is more important in that the poor working environment and the unhealthy condition resulting therefrom have a direct and indirect influence on the patients as well as a role model for the desirable health promoting behavior. The subjects of this study were 218 nurses who were working at two general hospitals in the B city of Korea. The results were as follows: ego-resilience of 3.48, subjective well-being positive 3.19, negative emotional 2.67, life satisfaction 3.16, and health promotion behavior 3.36. The health promotion behaviors of the hospital nurses were positively correlated with positive emotions and life satisfaction among ego-resilience and subjective well-being. Ego-resilience was positively correlated with positive emotions and life satisfaction, and negative correlation with negative emotions. The results showed that the higher the self-resilience and the subjective well-being of the hospital nurse, the higher the health promotion behaviors. If we develop and apply a program that strengthens the nurses health promotion behavior, we can provide the patients with good quality of care.
