중국성인 학습자의 평생학습 참여동기 프로파일에 따른 평생학습 역량 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 중국성인 평생학습자의 평생학습 참여동기와 영향요인의 관계를 파악하기 위해 person-centered approach(사람중심접근법) 연구의 대표적 분석 방법을 적용하여 인간행동을 조사하고 이해하여 평생학습 역량을 함양할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 방법 본 연구의 방법은 학교부설 평생교육, 공공기관형 평생교육, 민간기관형 평생교육, 직업훈련 및 연수형 평생교육기관에 참여한 중국성인 평생학습자 803명을 대상으로 Mplus 8.8을 활용해 잠재프로파일분석(LPA)을 실행하였다. 결과 첫째, 중국성인 평생학습자의 참여동기에 따라 ‘무의미형(6.97%)’, ‘심사숙고형(15.94%)’, ‘주저형(62.02%)’, ‘선도형(15.07%)’으로 잠재프로파일이 분류되었다. 잠재프로파일별 평생학습의 역량에 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과 평생학습 참여동기가 중간 수준인 ‘주저형’이 평생학습 역량에 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론 평생교육에 대한 사회 정책을 구성하는 데 있어서 개인의 다양한 필요 및 역량, 관심을 고려한 교육 정책을 설계하고 실행하기 위하여 평생학습자 유형별로 세분화 할 수 있는 사람중심접근법 기반한 연구 수행이 지속적으로 필요하다. 이는 사람마다 다양한 배경과 필요에 부응하는 유연한 교육과정을 제공하고 이를 통하여 모든 개인은 자신의 역량과 관심에 따라 적절한 교육 기회를 받을 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to investigate and understand human behavior by applying a representative analysis method of person-centered approach research to understand the relationship between the motivation and influ-encing factors of Chinese adult lifelong learners to participate in lifelong learning. Methods The method of this study was a potential profile analysis using Mplus 8.8 for 803 Chinese adult lifelong learners who participated in school-affiliated lifelong education, public institution-type lifelong education, private institution-type lifelong education, vocational training and training-type lifelong education institutions (LPA) was performed. Results First, according to the motivation of Chinese adult lifelong learners to participate, the latent profile was divided into ‘nonsense type (6.97%)’, ‘deliberation type (15.94%)’, ‘hesitation type (62.02%)’, and ‘leading type (15.07%)’. has been classified As a result of analyzing whether there is a difference in lifelong learning com-petency by latent profile, it was found that the ‘Hesitant Type’, who had a medium level of motivation to participate in lifelong learning, had high lifelong learning competencies. Conclusions In constructing social policies for lifelong education, it is continuously necessary to carry out re-search based on a person-centered approach that can be subdivided by lifelong learner type in order to design and implement education policies that consider the various needs, capacities, and interests of individuals. This should provide a flexible curriculum that meets the diverse backgrounds and needs of each person, thereby ensuring that all individuals receive appropriate educational opportunities according to their capabilities and interests.
