화재대응 모의훈련평가시스템 개발에 관한 연구

국문 초록

이번 연구는 사물인터넷을 기반으로 화재대응 모의훈련평가시스템을 개발하여 현장감 있고 실질적인 화재대응 모의훈련을 통한 훈련참가자의 초기 대응능력 습득 및 정량적이고 객관적인 훈련평가시스템 구현과 더불어 평가결과를 토대로 훈련참가자들의 대응활동을 지속해서 개선해 불의의 화재사고 발생 시 신속하고 정확한 대응을 통한 화재피해 규모를 최소화하고자 하는 목적을 갖고 시스템개발을 연구하였다. 이를 위한 연구 진행절차를 수립하여 연구에 필요한 제반 기술 조사를 기반으로 화재대응 훈련평가시스템을 개발하여 시스템 작동 실험을 거쳐 평가시스템을 실험장소에 설치하고 재실자 20명을 대상으로 화재대응 모의훈련을 시행하였다. 훈련 전에 평가시스템용 스마트폰앱을 활용하여 훈련시행 일자와 시간을 입력한 다음, 참가 재실자에게 평가시스템 장치의 사용법을 설명한 후 훈련을 진행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 이번 연구에서 개발한 화재대응 모의훈련평가시스템은 화재연기의 거동연출이 가능하고 시스템장치를 통해 훈련참가자들의 대응단계별 소요시간을 정량화된 수치로 측정할 수 있어 정량적인 훈련평가가 가능하다는 결과를 도출하였다. 이번 시스템개발과 작동실험을 통해 화재 초기대응훈련평가시스템을 이용 실제 화재상황과 비슷한 화재훈련상황을 구현할 수 있으며 화재훈련에 대한 대응단계별 정량적인 훈련평가가 가능하며 이 결과를 바탕으로 향후 훈련피드백 및 지속적인 개선활동이 가능하고 훈련참가자는 정확한 대응행동을 배울 수 있고 평가는 객관적이고 정략적인 측정이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study developed a simulated fire response training evaluation system based on the Internet of Things to acquire training participants' initial response skills through realistic and practical fire response training, and continuously improve the response activities of training participants based on a quantitative and objective training evaluation system. With the goal of minimizing the scale of fire damage through rapid and accurate response in the event of an unexpected fire accident by establishing a research process for this purpose, developing a fire response training evaluation system based on the overall technical investigation required for research After the operation test, the evaluation system was installed in the test place, and fire response simulation training was conducted for 20 occupants. Prior to training, the evaluation system smartphone app was used to input the training date and time, and after explaining how to use the evaluation system device to the participants, the training was conducted and the results were analyzed. As a result, the fire response simulation training evaluation system developed in this study can produce the behavior of fire smoke and measure the time required for each response step of training participants through the system device as a quantified value, enabling quantitative training evaluation. was derived. Through this system development and operation experiment, 1) it is possible to implement a fire training situation similar to an actual fire situation using the fire initial response training evaluation system, and 2), it is possible to evaluate fire training quantitatively by response stage, based on the results As a result, future training feedback and continuous improvement activities are possible, and 3) training participants can learn accurate response behaviors, and evaluation can be objectively and quantitatively measured.
