대학교육에서의 플립드러닝 효과성 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 보건행정학과학생들을 대상으로 플립드러닝을 적용한 전공교과목 운영이 학습몰입도, 결과성취도, 학습만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 효과를 측정하고 분석하여, 학생중심형수업을 보다 활성화하기 위한 시사점 모색을위해 수행되었다. 연구방법은 사전·사후분석을 통한 탐색적 조사연구이며, 연구대상자는 B대학교 보건행정학과에 재학중인 학생으로 32명의 학생이다. 플립드러닝을 적용전인 사전조사는 2023년 3월 6일에 진행하였으며 교과목 운영 후 사후조사는 2023년 6월 19일에 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 27.0프로그램으로 분석하였으며, 연구대상자들의 일반적인 특성은 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 플립드러닝수업을 적용에 대한 사전조사와 사후조사 후 학습성과는 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 연구결과 플립드러닝수업 운영 후 학습몰입도, 결과성취도, 학업만족도의 사전 및 사후 비교분석을 통해 사후조사 평균 점수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학습몰입도 요인은 흥미성 요인이 유의미한 결과가 나타났으며, 결과성취도 요인은 성취동기, 만족감, 관계활용능력의 요인에서 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 특히 결과성취도 요인에서는 성취동기와 만족감의 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학업만족도 요인은 학습관련 만족도 요인이 높게 나타가 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 의학용어 교과목에 대한 학습자들의 학업에 대한 만족도와 자신감을 향상시키기 위해 플립드러닝을 적용하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze the effect of flipped learning on learning immersion, outcome achievement, and learning satisfaction for students in the Department of Health Administration, and to further revitalize student-centered classes. This study was conducted to find implications for the following. The research method is an exploratory research study through pre- and post-analysis, and the research subjects are 32 students attending the Department of Health Administration at University B. The pre-survey before applying flipped learning was conducted on March 6, 2023, and the post-survey after the subject was administered was conducted on June 19, 2023. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 27.0 program. Frequency analysis was conducted on the general characteristics of the study subjects, and a paired-sample t-test was conducted on learning outcomes after a pre-survey and post-survey on the application of flipped learning classes. As a result of the study, the average post-survey score was found to be high through pre- and post-comparative analysis of learning immersion, outcome achievement, and academic satisfaction after running the flipped learning class. Significant results were found in the interest factor among the learning immersion factors, and in the factors of achievement motivation, satisfaction, and relationship utilization among the outcome achievement factors. In particular, the effects of achievement motivation and satisfaction were found to be high. The academic satisfaction factor showed a high effect of learning-related satisfaction. Based on these results, it is believed that it is effective to apply flipped learning to improve learners' academic satisfaction and confidence in medical terminology subjects.
