임상간호사의 비판적 사고성향, 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 비판적 사고성향과 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상은 J도와 G시의 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 188명을 대상으로 온라인설문조사를 실시하였고(2021년 12월 1일부터 12월 20일까지), 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과는 첫째, 임상간호사의 간호업무성과는 비판적 사고성향(r=.66, p<.001), 간호근무환경(r=.45, p<.001), 의사소통능력(r=.72, p<.001) 간의 관계에서 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 비판적 사고성향과 간호업무성과의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과는 유의하였다(z=6.58, p<.001). 셋째, 임상간호사의 간호근무환경과 간호업무성과의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과는 유의하였다(z=5.82, p<.001). 결론 임상간호사의 간호업무성과를 증진시키기 위한 방안으로 간호사의 비판적 사고성향의 강화, 간호사가 긍정적으로 인식하는 간호근무환경 조성과 함께 의사소통능력을 증진하기 위한 방안들이 고려되어야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to explore the mediating effect of communication competence in the relationship between clinical thinking disposition and nursing work environment on the nursing performance of clinical nurses. Methods The data were collected from December 1st to December 20th, 2021, using questionnaires administered to 188 nurses working in a general hospital in J province and G city. Then, they were analyzed using the SPSS/23.0 program with descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression, and the Sobel test. Results The results of the study are as follows. First, there were significant positive relationships for clinical thinking disposition(r=.66, p<.001) and nursing work environment(r=.45, p<.001), and communication competence(r=.72, p<.001) with nursing performance. Second, communication competence mediated the relationship between clinical thinking disposition and nursing performance(z=6.584, p<.001). Third, communication competence mediated the relationship between the nursing work environment and nursing performance(z=5.822, p<.001). Conclusions The results suggest that to improve nursing performance, it is necessary to consider the critical thinking disposition, the creation of a nursing work environment that nurses can perceive positively, and the improvement of communication competence.
