인공지능 시대의 직업담론에 따른 사회과교육의 실천전략 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 급변하는 인공지능 시대의 직업담론을 바탕으로 하여 사회과교육의 실천전략을 찾는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 연구 목적의 달성을 위해서 정성적인 SWOT 분석과 정량적인 AHP 분석을 동시에 활용하여 서로의 장점을 부각하여 단점을 보완하는 방법인 SWOT-AHP 분석기법을 적용하였다. 이에 대한 과정은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 인공지능 시대에 근거한 직업담론의 변화에 대한 여러 학자들의 의견을 정리하고, 빅데이터 분석을 통해 일반적인 사람들의 인식을 분석하였다. 다음으로, 사회과교육 관련 전문가를 대상으로 하여 실시한 1차 설문조사를 실시하여 SWOT-Matrix를 구성하였다. 또 시기적으로 부합하는 실효성 있는 사회과교육의 실천전략을 제시하기 위한 전문가 2차 설문조사를 실시하여 결과를 AHP 분석으로 중요도와 우선순위를 계량화하였다. 마지막으로, 이를 통해 인공지능 시대의 직업담론 변화에 따른 사회과교육의 실천전략을 도출하여 나아가야할 방향을 제시하였다. 결과 연구결과를 요약해보면, 사회과교육의 전문가들은 인공지능 시대의 직업담론에 따른 사회과교육은 SWOT 4개 속성에 있어서 강점을 강화하고 활용하는 측면, 위협을 줄이거나 해소하는 측면, 약점을 보완하는 측면, 그리고 기회를 이용하는 측면의 순으로 그 중요도를 인식하고 있었다. 또 특히 중요도가 높게 평가된 SWOT-Matrix 요소를 중심으로 제시할 수 있는 사회과교육의 실천전략은 강점을 강화하고 위협을 줄여야 하는 ST전략이 유력한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 결과적으로 ST전략에 따른 인공지능 시대의 직업담론에 따른 사회과교육의 실천전략으로 학생들의 일상경험 및 지식과 유기적으로 연계가 가능한 교육과정의 구성, 전이성이 높은 지식의 선정, 그리고 인공지능 시대를 대비한 충분한 교사 역량 교육과 더불어 인프라 확충을 제시할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to find a practical strategies for social-studies based on the job discourse in the rapidly changing artificial intelligence era. Methods In this study, SWOT-AHP analysis technique was applied to achieve the objective, and the research process for this is as follows. First, opinions of various scholars on changes in job discourse based on artificial intelligence era were summarized, and general people's perceptions were analyzed through big data analysis. Next, the SWOT-Matrix was constructed by conducting the first survey conducted for experts in social-studies. In addition, a second survey of experts was conducted to present an effective strategy for social-studies that is timely and effective, and the results were quantified by analyzing the importance and priority of the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Finally, through this, a practical strategy for social-studies according to the change of job discourse in the age of artificial intelligence was derived and the direction to be taken was presented. Results Summarizing the study, experts in social-studies believe that social-studies according to job discourse in the age of artificial intelligence strengthens and utilizes strengths in the four SWOT attributes, reduces or eliminates threats, and compensates for weaknesses. and the importance of opportunity was recognized in the order of use. In addition, as for the practical strategy of social-studies that can be presented centering on the SWOT-Matrix element, which was evaluated as particularly important, the ST strategy, which should strengthen strength and reduce threats, was found to be the most effective. Conclusions As a result, as a practical strategy for social-studies according to the job discourse in the artificial intelligence era according to the ST strategy, the composition of a curriculum that can be organically linked with students' daily experiences and knowledge, selection of highly transferable knowledge, and the artificial intelligence era In addition to sufficient teacher competency education to prepare for, infrastructure expansion can be suggested.
