핵심간호시뮬레이션 실습교육 개선을 위한 SBAR-캡스톤 디자인 프로그램개발 및 적용

국문 초록

목적 본 연구목적은 핵심간호시뮬레이션 실습교육 개선을 위한 SBAR-캡스톤 디자인 프로그램을 개발하고, 간호대학생의 의사소통 명확성, 창의융합역량, 간호업무성과에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구의 교육프로그램은 ADDIE(분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가)모델을 기반으로 개발하였다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계를 적용한 유사실험연구이다. 자료수집은 2021년 5월 24일부터 6월 18일까지 G 대학교 간호대학생 총 48명(실험군 24명, 대조군 24명) 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 평균과 표준편차, X2-test, paired t-test, Independent t-test로 분석하였다. 결과 SBAR-캡스톤 디자인 프로그램을 적용한 핵심간호시뮬레이션 실습은 간호대학생의 의사소통 명확성(t=-2.224, p=.032), 창의융합역량(t=-3,329, p=.002), 간호업무성과(t=-3,062, p=.004)가 유의한 효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 새로운 교수학습법을 규명하였다는데 의의가 있다. 결론 결론적으로 SBAR-캡스톤 디자인 프로그램을 적용한 핵심간호시뮬레이션 실습이 교내실습이나 간호실무현장에 적용할 수 있는 교수학습모형을 제시했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to develop a SBAR-Capstone design program to improve core nursing simulation practice education, and to verify the effects on nursing students communication clarity, creative convergence competency, and nursing performance. Methods The educational program of this study was developed based on the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, execution, evaluation) model. The study design is a quasi-experimental study in which a design before and after an inequality control group is applied. Data collection was conducted from May 24 to June 18, 2021 for a total of 48 nursing students at G University (24 in the experimental group, 24 in the control group). Data analysis was performed with frequency, mean and standard deviation, X2-test, paired t-test, and Independent t-test using SPSS/WIN 23.0 statistical program. Results The core nursing simulation practice applied with the SBAR-Capstone design program showed the nursing students communication clarity (t=-2.224, p=.032), creative convergence competency (t=-3,329, p=.002), and nursing performance. (t=-3,062, p=.004) showed a significant effect. This study is meaningful in that it identified a new teaching and learning method. Conclusions In conclusion, it is significant that the core nursing simulation practice applied with the SBAR-Capstone design program presented a teaching and learning model that can be applied to classroom practice or nursing practice field.
