유아교사의 정서지능, 회복탄력성, 그릿이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 정서지능, 회복탄력성, 그릿, 교사-유아상호작용의 일반적인 경향을 살펴보고 변인들간의 관계를 파악하여 유아교사의 정서지능, 회복탄력성, 그릿에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 경남지역 유아교사 341명을 대상으로 2020년 7월 27일부터 8월 14일까지 정서지능, 회복탄력성, 그릿, 교사-유아상호작용을 측정하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 일원배치 분산분석과 Pearson 적률상관분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 하였다 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 정서지능, 회복탄력성, 그릿, 교사-유아 상호작용은 교사의 일반적 특성에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 정서지능, 회복탄력성, 그릿, 교사-유아 상호작용의 하위요인간에도 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사-유아 상호작용에 가장 높은 영향력을 미치는 변인은 교사의 평균 근무시간과 그릿의 하위요인인 흥미지속이었으며, 평균 근무시간이 10시간 이상 근무하는 교사의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 결론 결론적으로 유아교사의 정서지능, 회복탄력성과 그릿이 교사-유아 상호작용에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 이와 관련하여 다양한 교사교육 프로그램의 개발과 교육환경 개선 등 다양한 측면에서의 지원이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This purpose of this study was to investigate general trends of emotional intelligence, resilience, grit and teacher-child interaction and to identify correlations among factors, and to analyze the influences of early childhood teachers emotional intelligence, resilience, grit on teacher-child interaction. Methods Date were collected from 341 early childhood teachers in Gyeongnam area from July 27 to August 14, 2020, by using questionnaires of emotional intelligence, resilience, grit and teacher-child interaction. Data were analysed using One-way ANOVA, Pearsons correlation and hierarchical regression analysis through SPSS 25.0 program. Results First, early childhood teachers emotional Intelligence, resilience, grit, and teacher-child Interaction had statistically significant differences depending on general characteristics of subjects. Second, there were higher static correlations with sub-elements of early childhood teachers emotional Intelligence, resilience, grit, and teacher-child Interaction. Third, the variables having huge influences on interactions between teachers and children were average working time of teachers and perseverance of interest, one of sub-elements of grit, and the influences of teachers with over 10 hours of average work time were highest. Conclusions In conclusion, it is confirmed that early childhood teachers emotional Intelligence, resilience, and grit have important influences on teacher-child Interaction, and it also implies that it is necessary to develop teachers capabilities such as emotional intelligence and resilience for promoting effective interactions between teachers and children in the actual educational scenes.
