관계중독과 분노반추가 역기능적 분노표현 방식에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 관계중독과 분노반추가 역기능적 분노표현 방식에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 관계중독과 역기능적 분노표현 방식의 관계를 매개하는 변인으로 분노반추의 역할을 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 성인 남녀 348명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였으며, 각 변인을 측정하기 위해 관계중독 척도(RAS), 분노반추 척도(K-ARS), 역기능적 분노표현 방식 척도(STAXI-K)를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro v3.5를 활용하였다. 또한 매개효과 분석을 위해 SPSS PROCESS macro의 4번 모델을 적용하였고, 부트스트랩 방법으로 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관계중독, 분노반추, 분노억제, 분노표출 간에 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 관계중독은 분노억제에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 분노표출에서는 유의한 영향이 발견되지 않았다. 셋째, 관계중독과 분노억제의 관계에서 분노반추는 부분매개효과가 있었고, 관계중독과 분노표출의 관계에서 분노반추는 완전매개효과가 있었다. 결론 관계중독이 높을수록 분노억제에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 분노반추를 매개로 하여 분노표출이나 분노억제에 간접적으로도 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 이를 토대로 본 연구에서의 의의와 상담 장면에서의 시사점, 후속연구 방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of relationship addiction and anger rumination on dysfunctional anger expression and identify to indicate the role of anger rumination as a mediation between relationship addiction and dysfunctional anger expression style. Methods For this purpose, 348 adults were asked to complete the questionnaires: Relationship Addiction Scale(RAS), Korean version of Anger Rumination Scale(K-ARS), State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-Korean Version(STAXI-K). For the collected data, SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Process Macro v3.5 were used. Also, model 4 of SPSS Process Macro was applied to analyze the mediating effect, bootstrapping resampling was conducted to examine the indirect effects. Results First, relation addiction, anger rumination, anger-in, anger-out were significantly positively correlated. Second, relation addiction affected anger-in, but no significant effect was found in anger-out. Third, anger rumination had a partially mediated effect on the relationship between relation addiction and anger-in, anger rumination had a full mediated effect on the relationship between relation addiction and anger-out. Conclusions It means that high relation addiction not only directly affect anger-in, but also indirectly affect dysfunctional anger expression style(anger-in, anger-out) through the medium of anger rumination. Based on the overall findings, the implication and follow-up research for counseling practice and future research suggestion were discussed.
