국문 초록

본 연구는 중년후기 고독감, 자기자비, 사회적 자본, 사회적 자기효능감, 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 설명하는 구조모형을 설정하여 모형의 적합성을 검증하고 구조관 계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전국 50세에서 65세 사이의 중년후기 500 명을 대상으로 2018년 10월 1일부터 30일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 최종 462부 자료를 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 중년후기의 심리적안녕감은 고독감, 자기자비, 사회적자본, 사회적자기효능감간의 구조적 관계로 설명이 가능하였다. 둘째, 최종모형의 고독감, 자기자비, 사회적자본, 사회적자기 효능감이 심리적 안녕감에 이르는 직접 경로가 모두 통계적으로 유의하였으며, 고독 감이 사회적자기효능감에 이르는 경로를 제외하고, 예측변인들이 심리적 안녕감에 이르는 모든 간접효과가 통계적으로 유의하다는 것이 검증되었다. 이는 고독감을 느끼고 있는 예비노인을 위해 많은 자기자비와 사회적 자본을 가질 수 있는 상담과 교육프로그램의 개입을 통해 사회적 자기효능감을 향상시킬 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the fit of the model and to identify the structural relationship by establishing a structural model that explains the relationship between loneliness, self-compassion, social capital, social self-efficacy and psychological well-being of late-middle age. For the study, questionnaires were distributed directly to 500 preliminary old man between 50 and 65 years old in the nation and data of 462 were analyzed. The survey period was conducted from the 1st to 30th October 2018. The data collected to conduct the study were analyzed through the SPSS 23.0 Statistical Program and the AMOS 21.0 Program. As a result, the psychological well-being directly through the loneliness of late-middle age, self-compassion, social capital and social self-efficacy. Second, it was verified that all indirect effects of predictive variables leading to psychological well-being were statistically significant except for the path from loneliness to social self-efficacy. This suggests that it is necessary to improve social self-efficacy by intervention of counseling and education program which can have a lot of self-compassion and social capital for preliminary old man who are feeling loneliness.
