국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 불안정 성인애착, 정서표현성, 대인관계능력 간의 상관관계를 밝히고, 불안정 성인애착이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향에서 정서표현성의 매개효 과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시 소재 대학교의 남·여 재학생 으로 2019년 5월 중, 약 3주 간 설문을 실시하고 회수하였으며 최종적으로 수집된 456명의 자료를 연구에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료를 활용하여 SPSS Ver. 25.0와 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS macro for SPSS Ver. 2.16으로 자료의 처리 및 분석하였 다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 불안정 성인애착, 정서표현성, 대인관계능력은 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 대학생의 불안정 성인 애착이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향에서 정서표현성은 부분 매개효과가 있다. 이상의 내용을 종합하여, 불안정 성인애착을 형성하고 있는 대학생이 대인관계능력에 곤란함을 겪을 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있으며 이들 관계에서 정서표현성이 영향을 미친 다는 것을 파악할 수 있다. 이를 통해 정서표현성에 대한 개입으로 대인관계능력에 긍정적인 결과를 기대할 수 있다는 것이 밝혀진 바, 교육 프로그램 및 상담 장면에서 정서표현성에 대한 개입 관련 프로그램 개발 및 운영이 필요할 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of emotion expressiveness in the influence of university student s adult attachment on interpersonal relationship ability. In order to figure these out, students were selected from 2universities in Busan during the period of May 10, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and a survey measuring adult attachment, interpersonal relationship ability and emotion expressiveness was conducted. Among 500 copies of questionnaire, 456 out of them were handled and analyzed using SPSS Ver. 25.0 and PROCESS macro for SPSS Ver. 2.16 of Hayes(2013). The results of this study are as follows: First, University student’s adult attachment, emotion expressiveness and interpersonal relationship ability have statistically significant correlations. Second, in the influence of university student’s adult attachment affecting interpersonal relationship ability, emotion expressiveness have partial mediating effects. These results show that Emotion expressiveness is the protective factor which can enhance interpersonal relationship ability. Therefore, in educational institutions and counseling centers related to university students, efforts to intervene and support through emotional expression are necessary to improve interpersonal relationship skills.
