팀빌딩을 활용한 핵심기본간호술 프로그램이 임상실습 입문 전 간호대학생에게 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 임상실습 입문 전 간호대학생에게 팀빌딩을 활용한 핵심기본간호술 프로그램을 적용하여 핵심기본간호술 지식, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감, 학습 자기효 능감과 대인관계 이해도에 대한 효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구는 유사 실험연구로 비동등성 대조군 전후 시차 설계이다. 연구대상자는 B시에 소재한 일개 대학에 임상실습을 앞두고 있는 간호학과 2학년 과정을 종료 후 임상실습 입문 전학생으로 실험군 47명, 대조군 48명 총 95명을 대상으로 하였다. 프로그램은 2019년 12월 23일부터 2020년 1월 14일까지 진행되었다. 대조군은 일반적인 강의, 시범, 비디오 시청 및 팀별 실습을 내용으로 한 핵심기본간호술 프로그램을 적용하였고, 실험군은 대조군의 핵심기본간호술 프로그램에 팀게임 및 팀 기반 학습을 접목시킨 팀빌딩 프로그램을 적용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 χ²-test, Fisher’s exact test, Independent t-test, ANCOVA와 Mann-Whitney U test 로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 핵심기본간호술 지식, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감과 학습 자기효능감이 증진되어 프로그램의 효과로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 핵심기본간호술 교육의 새로운 교수학습법을 규명하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 또한 임상실습 입문전 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술기 능력 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본연구의 결과를 토대로 팀빌딩을 핵심기본간호술 교육 뿐 아니라 교과 및 비교과 과정의 다양한 프로그램에 적용해 볼 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of core fundamental nursing knowledge, core fundamental nursing skills confidence, learning self-efficacy, interpersonal understanding by applying the core fundamental nursing skills program using team building to the nursing students before intro to clinical practice. Participants of this study were 95 nursing students in B city, 47 students in the experimental group and 49 students in control group from December 2019 and January 2020. The core fundamental nursing skills program of the control group was conducted through lectures, demonstrations, video viewing and group practice, and the experimental group applied the team building by combining group game and team-based learning to the general core fundamental nursing skills program of the control group. The collected data were analyzed by χ 2 -test, Fisher s exact test, Independent t-test, ANCOVA and Mann-Whitney U test using SPSS WIN / 22.0 program. As a result of this study, fundamental nursing knowledge, core fundamental nursing skills confidence, learning self-efficacy were verified as the effects of the program. This study is meaningful in that it has identified a new teaching-learning method of core fundamental nursing skills program, and confirmed that it can contribute to improve the skills of nursing students before intro to clinical practice. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that team building is applied to various nursing subjects and programs as well as core fundamental nursing skills education.
