국문 초록

본 연구는 정보사회의 변화에 따른 초등 도덕과 정보윤리 교육과정과 교과서 변천 및 그 특징을 살펴보고 미래 초등 도덕과 정보윤리 교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하 는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2007, 2009, 2015 개정 교육과정의 내용체계, 내용요소(성취기준), 그리고 교과서 학습활동을 분석하였다. 이를 통한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 내용체계면에서는 세 교육과정 모두 정보윤리가 타인과의 관계인 II 영역에서만 다뤄지고 있었으며, 시수는 줄었고, 해당 학년은 4학년에서 시작하였던 것이 5학년으로 올라갔다. 2) 내용요소에서는 정보사회의 역기능적 문제에서 출발하여 정보사회의 전반적인 이해로 확대되었으나 2015 교육과정에서는 시수의 감소로 다시 대응행동이 강조되는 양상을 보이고 있다. 3) 학습활동에서의 인지적 학습활동은 지식이해가 중심이 되어 있으며 사고력 배양에는 미흡하였고, 정의적 학습활동은 배려와 공감 관련 활동은 있었지만 자아정체감과 디지털 시민으로서 책임감과 관련된 활동은 부족하였으며, 행동적 학습활동은 역기능을 억제하고 인터넷 생활을 점검하는 수준을 넘지 않는 것으로 보였다. 따라서 정보사회에서 자신 및 타인의 권리를 보호할 수 있는 대처능력과 참여능력을 배양할 수 있는 학습활동이 보완되어질 필요가 있는 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the changes of information ethics curricula and textbooks of elementary school moral education and their characteristics in accordance with the changes in information society and draw implications regarding elementary school information ethics education in the future. For this purpose, this study analyzed the content frameworks, content factors(achievement standards) and learning activities in the textbooks based on the curricula revised in 2007, 2009 and 2015 respectively. The results of this research are as follows; 1) With regard to the content frameworks, information ethics education has been placed only in the content division II, which deals the ethical relationship with others, in all the three revised curricula. Also, in 2015 revision the time assigned to it was reduced, and the starting grade went up from the 4 th grade to the 5 th grade. 2) Regarding content factors, they started from dysfunctional issues of information society, and were expanded into overall understanding of it, Meanwhile basic coping behaviors were emphasized again in 2015 revised curriculum due to the reduction of instruction time. 3) In terms of learning activities, cognitive activities were insufficient in cultivating thinking skills and conceptual understanding. Also affective activities dealt with thoughtfulness and sympathy but lacked self-identity and responsibility as a digital citizen. And in the case of behavioral activity area, it is necessary to develop more practice and application activities to foster students‘competence for protecting their individual rights in the information society, beyond just being active participants in the internet space.
