2019개정 누리과정 현장 적용에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식

국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원 교사들이 2019개정 누리과정에 대한 이해도 및 준비도, 어려움및 지원요구는 어떠한지 교사의 인식을 알아보고 현장에서의 안정적인 안착을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현직 유치원 교사 200명을 대상으로 2020년 2월 초부터 3월말까지 설문조사를 실시하고, 설문조사에 참여한 유치원 교사 5인을 유목적적으로 표집하여 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구결과 유치원 교사의 2019개정 누리과정의 성격·구성방향·운영에 대한 준비도는 이해도보다 상대적으로 낮게 나타났으며, 2019개정 누리과정 운영 시 어려움은 행정적인 업무과중, 새로 적용된 교육과정을 내면화 할 시간의 부족, 현장에 적용 가능한 실질적인 내용의 연수 부족 등으로 나타났다. 또한 2019개정 누리과정 적용을 위해 유아·놀이중심 교육과정의 가치 인식 제고를 위한 학부모 지원, 교사수준 교육과정 운영의 자율성 보장, 놀이의 효과 및 다양한 놀이 사례자료 제공, 교사 간 협력 문화 조성 등 지원요구가 있었다. 본 연구결과는 개정 누리과정을 현장에 적용하기 시작하려는 시점에 유치원 교사의 인식을 알아보는데 의의가 있으며, 구체적인 현장 지원방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine teachers perceptions of their understanding, readiness, difficulties, and support needs for the 2019 revised Nuri course, and to provide basic data for stable settlement in the field. To this end, a survey was conducted on 200 incumbent kindergarten teachers from the beginning of February to the end of March 2020, and a focus group interview was conducted by sampling five kindergarten teachers who participated in the survey for nomadic purposes. As a result of the study, kindergarten teachers readiness for the character, composition direction, and operation of the 2019 revised Nuri course was relatively lower than that of understanding. It was indicated by lack of time and lack of training on practical contents applicable to the field. In addition, in order to apply the 2019 revised Nuri Course, support is required for parents to raise awareness of the value of the preschool and play-centered curriculum, guaranteeing autonomy in the operation of the teacher-level curriculum, the effect of play and providing various play case materials, and fostering a culture of cooperation among teachers. The results of this study are meaningful in finding out the perceptions of kindergarten teachers at the time when they are about to begin applying the revised Nuri course to the field, and suggest that specific field support plans are needed.
