관계기반 근로자지원교육프로그램(R-EAP)의 구현을 위한 학습자중심 활동방법에 대한 해석학적 이해

국문 초록

관계기반 근로자지원교육프로그램(R-EAP)은 학습자가 경험한 결정적 사건에 대한 새로운 성찰과 통찰을 통하여 관계 인식의 확장과 본래적 관계맺음의 실천을 추구한다. 본 연구는 R-EAP의 해석학적 수업이 실제로 어떤 활동방법에 의하여 구현될 수 있는지를 구체적으로 제시함으로써 그에 대한 학습자들의 실천적 이해를 지원 하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 활동방법에 대한 구체적인 상황 예시를 제시하고 그와 관련된 이론적 개념을 해석학적 연구방법에 의하여 분석하였다. 경험적 자료는 EAP 상담사 및 부모교육전문가와 HRD 담당자를 대상으로 한 심층면담 자료와 R-EAP 와 직접적 관련이 있는 선행연구의 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과, 관계성 개발을 위한 R-EAP의 구현은 학습자중심의 11가지 활동방법에 의하여 구체화되었다. 11개의 활동방법은 해석학의 원리 및 개념들에 기반하여 학습자인 근로자가 가정 및 직장에서 경험한 결정적 사건에 대한 성찰과 통찰을 새롭게 하였고, 나아가 실천적 변화를 안내하였다. 11개의 활동방법은 R-EAP의 해석학적 수업설계모형의 4가지 특징인 체제적 구성체, 해석학적 순환의 프랙탈 구조, 무형식적·무처방적 교육, 실생활 문제및 학습전이와 구체적으로 어떻게 연결되어 유기적 관계를 맺고 있는지 확인되었다.

영문 초록

Relations-based employee assistance education program(R-EAP) is oriented towards expanding relations awareness and practicing authentic relationship through new reflections and insights on critical events experienced by learners. The purpose of this study is to support learners practical understanding of hermeneutic instruction of R-EAP by presenting concretely what activity methods can be implemented. For this purpose, the hermeneutical method was applied to this study. Specific examples of the activity methods were presented, and the related theoretical concepts were repeatedly analyzed through the hermeneutic cycle. For the empirical data, in-depth interviews data with EAP counselor and parent education experts, and HRD managers were used as primary data, and the empirical data from prior studies related to R-EAP were used as secondary data. As a result of the study, the implementation of R-EAP for developing relations was embodied by the eleven learner-centered activities. Based on the principles and concepts of hermeneutics, the eleven activity methods renewed reflection and insights on critical events experienced by employees as learners at home and at work. The eleven activity methods were systemically related to the four features of the hermeneutic instructional design model of R-EAP, which emphasizes systematic construct, fractal structure of hermeneutic circulation, informal and non-prescription education, real life problems and learning transfer.
