아동 정신건강 지원 중재 프로그램 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내학위논문에 발표된 아동 정신건강을 지원하기 위한 중재 프로그램 연구동향을 고찰해봄으로써 향후 아동 정신건강 관련 프로그램 개발과 실행에 도움을 주기 위해 시행되었다. 이를 위해 2000년대 초반부터 2019년까지 아동 정신 건강 중재프로그램을 개발하고 실행한 논문 58편을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 논문의 수는 2000년부터 꾸준히 증가하였으며 치료 중심 프로그램은 2005년부터, 다양한 활동 중심 프로그램은 2010년부터 발표되기 시작하였다. 둘째, 아동 정신건강 중재 프로그램의 목적에 따라 분류한 결과, 정서 조절 지원 프로그램과 통합 지원 프로그램이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로그램 실행과정에서 연구대상의 연령은 초등학교 고학년인 만10~12세가 가장 많았으며 교육방법은 프로그램 내용에 따라 미술 및 음악치료, 신체활동, 놀이 등 다양한 방법으로 시도되었다. 넷째, 프로그램 다수가 양적평가로 효과를 검증하였고 효과성에 있어서는 대부분 아동은 부정적 정신건강을 해소하고 심리적 안정감을 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 아동의 정신건강을 지원하는 중재 프로그램의 발전방향과 과제에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to help develop and implement programs related to children s mental healthy in the future by considering the research trends of intervention program to support children s mental healthy published in a domestic thesis. To accomplish this purpose, 58 domestic thesis develop and executed from 2000 to 2019 were analyzed. The results were as follows: first, The number of domestic thesis has steadily increased. Therapy-focused programs have been announced since 2005, and various activities-focused programs have been announced since 2005. Second, According to the classification of children s mental health intervention programs, the highest number of emotional control support program and integrated support program for mental health were found. Third, The age of the study subject in the course of the program s execution is the highest number of elementary school seniors were 10 to 12 years old. In terms of education methods, according to the contents of the programs various methods such as art & music therapy, physical activities, and play were conducted in various ways. Fourth. many of the programs verified the effectiveness with quantitative evaluations and most programs were analyzed to relieve children s negative mental health and have a sense of psychological stability. On the results, this study discussed the directions and challenges of developing intervention programs to support children s mental health.
