대학 수업계획서의 설계 실태 및개선방안 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학의 수업계획서 사례분석을 바탕으로 수업설계의 실태를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 좋은 수업을 설계, 실행하기 위한 수업계획서 개선방안을 탐색 제안 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 A 대학을 중심으로 5년간 이루어진 수업계획서 작성 사례와 함께 수업계획서 컨설팅 결과 분석을 바탕으로 교차사례분석을 실시하고, 이를 근거로 현장 기반의 활용 가능한 수업계획서 작성의 실천전략을 제안하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 수업설계의 7가지 구성요소 중에서 수업방법, 수업매체, 평가방법 요소에서 적합성이 다소 부족한 수업설계가 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 해당 요소에 대한 수업설계 지원 및 교수자 역량 강화가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 둘째, 학습자, 학습 환경, 수업매체, 평가방법의 세부요소에 대한 체계적 설계가 이루어지고, 설계 결과를 기술할 수 있는 부분이 수업계획서 양식으로 추가되어 수업계획 및 준비를 더욱 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 수업설계의 7가지 구성 요소별 수업계획서의 개선방안 및 실천전략을 제안하였다. 이러한 개선방안 및 실천 전략은 현재 대학에서 작성되고 있는 수업계획서 작성에서 발생하고 있는 수업설계의 오류나 문제점, 어려움 등을 해소할 수 있는 개선 전략으로 활용할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the actual state of instructional design based on the case analysis of the university s syllabus, and to explore and propose ways to improve syllabus to design and execute good instruction based on this. To this end, a cross-case analysis was conducted based on the analysis of the result of the syllabus consulting along with the case of planning a syllabus for five years centering on University A, and based on this, a practical strategy for planning a syllabus that can be utilized based on the field was proposed. As a result, first, it can be confirmed that among the seven elements of instructional design, instructional design, which is somewhat insufficient in suitability in instructional method, instructional medium, and evaluation method element, is being made. Accordingly, it was necessary to support instructional design and strengthen the competence of instructors for the relevant elements. Second, systematic design of detailed elements of learner, learning environment, instructional medium, and evaluation method should be made, and a part that can describe the design result should be added in the form of a lesson plan so that lesson plans and preparations can be made more effectively. Third, the improvement plan and practical strategy of syllabus for each of the 7 components of the instructional design were proposed. These improvement plans and strategies can be used as an improvement strategy that can solve the errors, problems, and difficulties in the instructional design that occur in the preparation of instructional plan currently being prepared in universities.
