국문 초록

본 연구는 영아 천식에 대한 세 범주예보 가이던스 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다. 건강보험심사평가원 약제 및 환자정보자료와 천식유발인자(기상자료, 대기오염자료, 꽃가루자료, 보건자료)를 사용하였다. 서울지역 영아를 대상으로 하였으며, 계절별ㆍ성별로 구분하여 예보모형을 개발하였다. 예보형태는 세 범주(지속관리/주의/매우주의)로 구성되며, 건강보험심사평가원 자료의 제75백분위수와 제90백분위수를 분류기준으로 하였다. 확률예측모형인 순서형 로지스틱 회귀모형과 결정나무모형을 적용하였으며, 범주예측변환을 위하여 최대확률방법과 문턱치방법을 고려하였다. 계절별ㆍ성별로 각각 네 종류 가이던스를 적용하고, 예측결과는 3×3 분할표로 요약하였으며, 예측성 평가측도를 산출하고 비교하여 최적 예보 가이던스를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop guidance on the ternary forecast of infant asthma. The data offered from Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service is used as a proxy data of asthma infant patients in Seoul. The meteorological data, air pollution data, pollen data, and influence data are used as predictors. Ternary data (normal/warning/severe) are classified by the 75th percentile and the 90th percentile of the distribution for each season and each sex. The ordinal logistic regression model and the decision tree are applied separately to generate probability forecasts. In order to generate ternary forecasts, the maximum probability method and threshold method are considered. The forecast guidance consists of the estimated probability forecast model and two thresholds. According to the assessment of forecast guidances based skill scores and 3×3 cross tables, the optimal forecast guidances are proposed.
